The room is clean, cozy, has a kitchenette and everything you need from dishes, air conditioning and a TV. We did not have a washing machine, washed with our hands, not critical)
There is a bus stop next to the hotel, 50 minutes to the center by bus. If there are no traffic jams, then faster. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by taxi.
There are also shops with reasonable prices nearby, a 10-15-minute walk from the hotel.
The water is turned off at night and turned on at 6.00-6.30 am, the water pressure is not strong.
Towels and bed linen were changed twice during the week of stay 👍
My husband and I were satisfied. The host is hospitable. We recommend you to stay 👍
We will let go of the cons, they are everywhere, the pros: it is within walking distance of stops where you can go to the city (route 74, new buses with air conditioning) friendly and kind staff, working air conditioners in the rooms, TVs, there are small balconies. There are shops, cafes, currency exchanges within a 15-minute walk, I recommend rooms with garden views, early in the morning you can see the dawn from the third floor,
The staff is helpful and more or less clean, but it is very worn with poor water pressure and many other disadvantages, in general, this is the worst hotel I have been to. Especially for $450 in 2 weeks, it's a disaster!
