Not a bad apartment hotel.
It is located on the outskirts of the city, so there are not many people, it is quiet and peaceful.
Cockroaches (namely cockroaches, not palm beetles) were found in the room on the first night in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
I contacted the reception about this. After a while, a hotel employee came and handed me a bottle of cockroach spray. Like saving drowning people is the work of drowning people themselves.
Going to the beach, they treated the bathroom and kitchen area with this poison. There were no fewer cockroaches from this.
In addition, with their own excrement (which, by the way, do not wash off) these vile insects ruined our light clothes.
After talking with our compatriots who were vacationing at the Altamira hotel, it turned out that cockroaches live not only in our room.
We liked the island of Tenerife itself. It's worth a trip there.
If you prefer bus tours, I can recommend a sightseeing tour, on the Teide and in Loro Park.
In addition, I really enjoyed the jet ski trip to Los Gigantes.
There are 3 options, different in duration and route, somewhere from 1 to 3 hours.
For such a trip, it is better to choose a day when there are no big waves and strong winds in the ocean.
It is also worth clarifying in advance that there are 2 people in the motorboat escort: a helmsman and a photographer. In our case, there was one that combined these functions. As a result, the quality of the photos leaves much to be desired.
According to average estimates, a family of 3 people overpays their tour operator 200-300 euros for an average package of excursions if they purchase from their tour operator, and not on the open market.

Altamira/El Beril is located on the first coastline of the Atlantic Ocean in the best area of Tenerife- Costa Adeje.
The apartment offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the mountains on the other side, including the Teide volcano. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: kettle, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, TV. The friendly staff will make your stay even more comfortable. We have been to this hotel 4 times. We will definitely come again.
The hotel has a bar where you can have a delicious meal and enjoy the view of the Atlantic.
Comfortable climate, cleanliness, unforgettable sunsets, friendly Spaniards!!! An ideal place to relax with children. You definitely won't catch any infection here.
