My husband and I decided to purchase real estate in Thailand for rent, we contacted an agency. Maxim Shatilov, a true professional in his field, personally supervised the transaction. He helped to choose the ideal apartments in a new project with a profitable installment plan. The agency organized a tour of the facilities for us, in an executive car-comfort and service at the highest level. I liked this attitude towards customers. The agency's team took care of all legal issues. The only downside is that at the height of the season it turned out that some interesting options had already been booked, but the guys quickly found a decent alternative. I am completely satisfied with the cooperation.

I was looking for apartments in Pattaya, I planned to rent them for the first time and thus beat off the cost. But I didn't know where to turn, I just clicked through all the ads and talked to the managers. The staff of Apartment Homes were, firstly, the most efficient, and secondly, they seemed to me more expert in real estate. So in the end, everything was picked up with them, it remains only to issue documents and settle the tenants.
