The sculpture is located in the Hovhannes Tumanyan Children's Park (Tumo Garden). It was created in 1971 and established in 1973. The author is the sculptor Levon Tokmajyan.
It features the main characters of Tumanyan's poem "Anush" (1890). The sculpture highlights the idea of love and unity between Saro and Anoush. The sculpture is imbued with lyricism.
It is made of a single basalt fragment, has a height of 2.8 meters.
