Everyone should know that if you would book this hotel through Airbnb they would try to move you to different hotel. That different hotel is cheaper and they don't make a partial refund or even apologize. I had to contact Airbnb and claim full refund. Very disappointing. I don't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is not a buffet, but it's quite satisfying, on the other hand, you need to understand that no one promises everything is inclusive.The location of the hotel is simply not to be desired, in the Old Town, very atmospheric, with many souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants for every taste and price.If there is a disadvantage, it is the inability to drive directly to the hotel by car, a representative of the travel company met me and helped me carry my suitcase off the road, it is 1 minute from the Maiden Tower.I wish you all a good stay at this hotel, believe me, this is just the case when the reviews, how many of them there are in front of me, it seems, simply do not correspond to reality.As I understand it, many Russian travel agencies work with this hotel and it is unlikely that they would have chosen it if everything was so sad here, as described in previous reviews.
A nice hotel in the old town. Convenient location, delicious breakfasts. If cleaning and water are required, you can ask for it at the reception. Friendly staff.

There was a young man at the reception who said that they would only be able to check into another hotel located nearby. I paid in cash for the entire booking for 3 days + for earlier check-in. I was told that at 14.00 I would be able to check out of another hotel and move to Antique Hotel Baku. I agreed because there were no other options at 7 a.m. We were told to check out at another hotel at 12.00, which has already caused negative emotions because where should I be with a suitcase for 2 hours. At 13.00 I checked out of another hotel and came to the Antique Hotel Baku. I was told that I could leave my suitcase and come up at 14.00. I arrived at 15.00 and was told that my reservation had been canceled and there were no available places in the hotel. They offered to move to another hotel. I agreed, then they said it was no longer possible. They offered to give me the money. I said that in the Formula 1 season, I would no longer find a place with the same price that I booked in the spring. As a result, I took the money and stayed outside with a suitcase and an unresolved problem.
A terrible situation has occurred with this object. We arrived at the hotel and were told that there were no rooms available. They offered another room in the next building. It turns out that this is not a room, but a utility room. Therefore, I had to cancel my reservation, spend one night, and look for another place. The address specified in the description is incorrect, as is the phone number. The room that was assigned to us for one night is just terrible. He was in the basement, windowless, with mattress springs. The administrator did not react to this in any way, he was very rude.
I would like to write a review about this hotel so that people understand where they can be settled!This hotel is located in the Old Town.Of course, the location is very good there are no words here, but that's where all the good ends!I'll start with the staff: Absolutely unresponsive, indifferent to everything, unresponsive to anything!You have to beg for everything, be it (towel, water, toilet paper, etc.).In the rooms for the whole time (for 5 days)our stay has never been cleaned, garbage was not taken out!Curtains cover half of the windows, the other half is open!You go to a nearby hotel for breakfast.In general, this hotel is the embodiment of (Dirt, unkemptness and indifference of the staff!) I do not recommend this hotel to anyone in any case!I would like to add a few words!We did not choose this hotel by coincidence, the agency "Slipped" it to us instead of another hotel and unfortunately there was no time left to change something, so we had to put up with the offer of this hotel!Time of stay from 30.10.2023-3.11.2023.

1. instead of the booked room, we were offered to stay in another one for one night (we had only booked 2 nights). The proposed room was very different from the one booked in all respects - the room is very dark, the window looks out into the corridor of the hotel (!!), stuffiness, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom.
2. Our mistake was to pay 258 manat in cash before we saw the room. We agreed with the "manager - manager - owner" that since the room absolutely does not suit us, we will go to dinner and come in a couple of hours and either we will be offered a room as similar as possible to the one booked, or we will check out and collect the payment. A few hours later, when we returned to the hotel, nothing was offered to us, we took our things, but they refused to return the full payment due to the fact that we had already stopped by, and today they will not be able to hand over this room to anyone. As a result, under various pretexts ("the owner took all the money", "you have already lived a day", "prices have been raised everywhere now", "you may not have seen it, but there are hotels even worse", "everything is busy now, you won't find anything better", etc.), only 129 manats were returned to us!
3. After I wrote to Booking support, another 70 manats were returned to us. Unfortunately, there was no circus on the part of the "manager-manager-owner" - we called the hotel number and agreed that we would come in in 30 minutes, during which time the manager-owner would leave 70 manats at the hotel, because there is no money there now. When we arrived, it turned out that the administrator was not aware of this, he started calling the owner, he seemed to have to come up, in the end, after 20 minutes, his friend came, and for another 10-15 minutes we wandered around the surrounding shops in an attempt to change the 100 manats that he brought to pick up 70.
As a result, we paid 70 manats to the hotel, lost about 2 hours of pure time in the proceedings, gained experience that in dubious hotels it is better not to pay for a room before check-in. I added a photo of a booked room with green curtains and a real one
I booked the hotel in the period from April 30 to May 04. Initially, there was an agreement that the room should (!!!) be a window. As a result, upon arrival, they were settled in a room where the window looks out into the corridor, I don't even want to write about the cleanliness of the room...When I refused to check into this room, they offered to spend the night in another hotel at the other end of the city for one night, supposedly they would provide a good room tomorrow. OK, I agreed... The next day, a room was provided in the basement with a small window under the ceiling, it could only see the feet of people who were walking down the street, besides, it was stuffy to be in a room with a closed window, but if you open it, they sweep the street, and all the dust from the street is automatically swept into your room, on the window sill, and the window sill for all five days has never even been washed, not even wiped. I refused to check into this room as well. The hotel manager tried to find me something else (or pretended to try), but could not, because at that time Formula 1 was taking place in the city and allegedly there were no seats in any hotel. I was told that they were ready to refund me the money for the hotel and that I myself was already going and looking for a place to live ... that is, instead of resting, I had to look for a place to stay.. all impressions about the city and the country, about the people, were completely spoiled.. The photos on the hotel's website are completely untrue. Don't get fooled by it, as happened to me.. No need to stay at this hotel, do not spoil your vacation..
