I would like to note that we had no difficulties working with this company before, but not this time. We agreed on the transfer in advance, on the desired date and received confirmation. The day before departure, the details were agreed upon, everything was going normally here. But on the day of the transfer and departure, difficulties began. At the appointed time, namely when the transfer was to be arranged at 8:30, I will not note in advance, I received a call and was informed about the flight delay and in this regard the transfer was postponed. I checked the data on the Antalya airport website, called the airline, I was not confirmed with the schedule adjustments, everything was according to plan. They did not answer my comments on where and how they checked the departure time and why they did not agree in advance. They promised that the transfer would arrive in 20 minutes, the driver was having breakfast somewhere, then another 10 minutes, the finale of the story, the car was canceled for us... having said that, either +20 minutes more or order a taxi yourself. In justification, we were offered to order a taxi, but when I tried to get through on the phone +90 530 388 93 04 They stopped responding to me. We had time for the flight, it was on schedule, the hotel helped us find a taxi. I tried to call the company several times and discuss this moment, as I try to solve all issues diplomatically and did not plan to refuse further cooperation. I understand that there may be force majeure, but the reluctance to discuss the current situation upsets me, we must be open to any dialogue and situation, and not ignore it. I wrote in a message to them that I would share my experience, then let everyone draw their own conclusions.
