It looks beautiful at first glance, but cleaning is only on request and with a mop with air conditioning for washing, there was someone else's hair in the shower, some splashes from past visitors near the sink, the toilet rim and a leaky shower hose were not fixed in our room upon check-in-they said they would do it tomorrow and so all 11 nights passed… The sea is really close, the pool is very clean, the hotel is quiet, the rooms are fresh, the staff is kind, towels \ slippers were, there is water in the cooler on the 1st floor, an elevator, but cleaning and the condition of some little things (such as a shower and toilet lid) are upsetting

There was no water in the room when I checked in. After my request, it was turned on. The hair dryer stated in the description is not in the room. And the receptionist brought me his personal hair dryer. The next day, he picked it up, said that the hair dryer would be brought to me within an hour. He is still missing. On the ground floor, where there is a breakfast area, water flows from the ceiling and wires stick out. There is a closet, but no hangers. There are no hooks or towel holders in the bathroom. There are traces of someone's shoes on the shelf in the closet. Yesterday, before 22, the hotel was being renovated, drilled and nailed. The balcony was completely flooded with water. After my request, the water was removed, but after half an hour it flowed again. In the morning, when I woke up, I found that there was no water again. After my request, it was turned on. I was moved to another room today. It is more spacious, but there is the same puddle on the balcony. Only there are no chairs on the balcony now. The shower hose is leaking. The audibility in the hotel is excellent. I managed to fall asleep only by 24. All requests to refund my money for the rest of my stay and allow me to move out are refused.
