Two stars only for the territory. More or less beautiful. The room stock is very old, the rooms are dark. The mattresses are so hard that you have to ask for something to put on them. They put two dirty, squalid mattresses on the bed, it would have been better if we hadn't seen them. The breakfasts are disgusting, everything is very spicy. I understand that we are in Thailand (this is not the first time here), but for all the dishes to be very spicy (except scrambled eggs, cereal and fruit) is too much. There were days when you just had to drink coffee and toast for breakfast. There are very few and very few things. They're cleaning up - they're sweeping at the door, that's it. for 7 days, we have never had the floor cleaned. The beach towels are torn. The bed linen is kind of unwashed. At 9 p.m. sharp, all the lights in the hotel are turned off, and it's pitch dark. The toilet has an unbearable sewer smell. We don't even have a second bedside table in our room. The air conditioner is on in the next room at night, so we have a hum all night. The three-star hotel was better in Zanzibar. And our tour operators sell this one as four stars. Don't buy into the beautiful photos of the territory, except for it, everything else is very bad. By the way, there are no slides in the hotel! The photo is unbelievable. But the photo shows our bathroom in the superior room. Pay attention also to the hood! Perhaps the cost of the hotel is official.The hotel's website corresponds to its quality, but people need to understand where they are going. Koh Chang, of course, is unique. Because of this, you just try not to pay attention to the inconveniences. P.S. Once upon a time the hotel was not bad. We lived next door to him, and even in 2019 we went to dinner with them, since the restaurant is located by the road and they always had live music in the evenings. But now there are no good breakfasts, no music, and complete darkness from 9 p.m. (from 8:30, to be precise). Of course, you can stay for a couple of days, but for a longer period - look for another hotel, definitely. I don't see why I should suffer such inconveniences, because the hotel is far from the sea.

A magical place for the rebirth of the soul. If you want a quiet corner of paradise, then here. There is no animation, only the singing of birds, the discharged mountain air, the sea of blooming trees, plants, fruits above the finished ... paradise... No outsider enters the hotel (it is not a passageway, on the 2nd coastline). The zoning of the space is arranged so that you do not intersect with vacationers, it is important that there are no queues at breakfast. There are many inexpensive and delicious restaurants around (Thai, Italian, Russian cuisine), a bank, cheap smoothies, a waterfall nearby, elephant farms.

Great place, best staff, been there 2 times! A minibus to the beach every 30 minutes. The territory of torii is just super like a wild jungle... The rooms are good.

The hotel has its own 4 stars! The territory is green, you can take a walk, but only for once! The staff is friendly, always smiling! A big plus is that you can rent a bike (250 baht for one day, if more days, then 200). The breakfasts could have been better. The rooms are more or less cleaned, if necessary, every day. Well, that's how it is.

Nice cozy rooms, green well-groomed territory, beautiful swimming pool. Bikes can be rented at the reception. The breakfasts are not 20 courses, of course, but they are good enough. It is unrealistically far to walk to the beach, but this is not a problem when you have a bike. It will be difficult on this island without a motorcycle at all: the island is big and there are a lot of interesting things to explore!
One disadvantage is that mosquitoes in the evenings and cicadas scream at night.
I recommend the hotel!

A wonderful hotel! It was from 11/23. to 12/01/18. Very quiet, green, well maintained! Bike rental is convenient, there are no zoologists and deposits. Transparent payment system. Nearby is the largest waterfall on the island. There is a free hotel shuttle service to the waterfall and to 2 beaches. I advise everyone. Have a nice rest.

Beautiful, green, well-groomed territory. Delicious breakfasts. I really liked it. Of the disadvantages, there are no dental supplies, soap once at the entrance. A free transfer to the sea takes you to the Deva hotel once an hour, and to the White Saint Beach once a day, it would be more convenient at least 2 times a day.

The hotel is very nice, the territory is very large, Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory. The breakfasts are excellent. In the evening it was quiet, we rested with a child, there is a small playground for children.
