There is only one advantage of this rental: a large selection of outfits. This is where the good service of this institution ends. There is zero customer orientation. Private business- as it is convenient for them to do so. It is not convenient for them to accept the orders for a refund, so please pay for the delivery at a convenient time for them. Although they are ready to ruin their reputation for 1 rub. I won't get impoverished, not from 1 ruble, not from 25 for delivery, although I could have brought the clothes myself and picked up my 50 rubles of the collateral value without taking into account the commission, which they did not want to pay, and as a result, these 50 rubles minus the commission came to my card. For me, such an attitude towards a client is negligible. They spread the promotion that when booking two outfits, the third outfit is free until the end of the month, at that time I had just booked three outfits. I wrote to ask if this promotion applies to me, they replied that it only applies to new clients, and this was the first time I booked more outfits from them. So the question is, am I really not a new customer? In general, there was no way to jump off, the outfits were urgently needed, but I won't use this rental anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone!
