I decided to order a gift for my grandmother in this confectionery on March 8. I wrote about it to the manager on February 20. I chose a beautiful box , asked the price , the answer was "about 150 rubles", the next day, having decided to place an order exactly , I wrote again to find out the "exact" price, and not "approximately". I did not find out the exact price. But they wrote that they remembered me and recorded my order. On March 3, I am writing again, I want to know the price , I wanted to pay in advance and be sure that there will definitely be a delivery on March 7. They replied that the price would be written later. On March 4, they already write to me that the supplier did not bring them the boxes and they cannot make my order , they offered to make a box with a bush rose , choosing and asking the price , it cost 250/300 rubles (although I counted on 150-160 rubles and I was satisfied with this composition) . When I wrote that I was counting on them, and all the other florists had already taken their places (that's right, already on March 4, some people had pre-orders closed on 02/27), and to be offered my price category, I was answered that they could send me a bouquet with chocolate-covered strawberries and bush roses. I wanted a box, I liked it, why should I order their bouquet (which I don't really need) because of their mistake. The order had to be made elsewhere (thanks that the pastry shop did not inform us on March 7 before delivery that they did not have a box). I do not advise contacting this company, because the manager's response was sometimes long and unclear. You must immediately and clearly answer the cost and everything else, you work with people, I also work in this field in another country, if we also answered our clients "approximately", then we would hardly work at all.
