The Caucasus mountains are something fantastic! Elbrus, waterfalls, lakes with turquoise water, streamers – every day brought new emotions. And Grozny impressed with its cleanliness, modern architecture and the hospitality of the locals. I was very pleased that we were able to go on a jeep tour (Chegem gorge) in one day and get to the thermal springs!

The program of the trip was so intense that we managed to fall asleep even on the bus between excursions — the dreams were sweet and the seats were soft. The tours alternated: somewhere you could relax, and somewhere you could listen to historical facts, hanging on every word. And all this without feeling like a race or boredom.
The drama culminated on the day we boarded the ship. And then — bang! — an accident, a traffic jam, time is running out, nerves are on edge. But our Elizabeth did not flinch! They carried suitcases as if they enjoyed it. They drove the bus carefully, without sudden jerks, as if they were carrying not a group of tourists, but porcelain dolls. And anyway, they are not drivers, but the grooms of your dreams: reliable, gallant and with a sense of humor!

The hotel is great, but with a Spa it's an understatement - a small pool, a broken, non-working sauna and a hammam with cold air) breakfast is excellent. I really liked the girl guide on a country trip. I really want to come to the estate itself in the summer, when everything is in full bloom. There is a blacksmith shop on the estate, a very nice blacksmith told me a lot, and I am a big fan of handmade work. I brought another trophy, Bayun the cat. I am very happy with the trip. When I returned, it felt like a week-long vacation, I want more of these weekend tours.

I went on a Georgia-Armenia bus tour.

Since I was traveling alone, I had to move into a triple room, which was not an unexpected moment for me, I had already traveled with Anita to Adygea (also alone) and the Arctic Circle (with a friend). Previously, there were no overlaps with this moment. But not this time. To begin with, my neighbors changed from city to city: Voronezh had one train, Tbilisi had another. It confuses the understanding of how you will be settled next time. And in the next hotel, which is in Yerevan, the escort did not have any lists at all, he offered to organize themselves somehow and settle in two. But then it turned out that there are triple rooms and you need to settle in somehow differently. It's a pity that due to such disorganization, we had to go up with our suitcases, go down, and then go up to different floors again. I would like to express my great admiration for the New Year 2025 tour in really sunny Adygea, to which we escaped from the gray, rainy Minsk. Well, the next day the Gin was released from the bottle, the fog was replaced by the sun. And the New Year's tale began. Tips for travelers
Kalmykia: It's a matter of taste. The museum of Nomadic Peoples turned out to be a waste of money — just a tent where they will tell you a little story that can be found on the Internet and sing a couple of songs. We missed the wine tasting tour in Derbent and didn't lose out, according to other tourists, it's not worth it. I recommend the rest of the excursions to visit — they are worth it.
Extreme entertainment: For fans of extreme sports, I suggest jumping from a zip line, a large swing or bungee jump. It is best to do this on the last day in the Noho cave — it is cheaper there and the views are more beautiful. Prices vary: 1,000 rubles for a zip line, 5,000 rubles for a swing and 7,000 rubles for a bungee.
Useful things: I recommend taking a thermos with you, as not all hotels have kettles and glasses. Refrigerators are also not common. There were hair dryers and towels in all the hotels, you don't have to take them. It is better to enable roaming, since social networks are not detected on the territory of Dagestan, even with a VPN. There is also no Wi-Fi in the bus.
Disadvantages of the tour
Despite the positive aspects, the organization of our tour could be improved. Please make sure that you are not accompanied by Anastasia (Asya) when booking. Due to the lack of communication with the outside world, we had to find out information about check-outs and breakfasts from other tourists or hotel staff. When there were problems with the breakfasts, which were delayed, Anastasia sat at the table and waited for her portion, without showing any initiative.
We also encountered a problem with hot water in a hotel in the mountains, which was resolved only a day later. After long excursions, we were offered neither an alternative place nor the opportunity to wash up. Anastasia had a great time with her friends and a young man, and she was purple at other tourists (I would have liked such a job).

However, we were lucky when INGA appeared on our journey. This is a man with a capital letter, a real specialist who has blocked out all the negativity. She gave a lot of emotions, interesting facts and showed Dagestan in all its glory. Inga quickly solved any problems that arose and was always in touch. In her free time, she organized interactive events, and now we know how to dance Lezginka correctly. The photos turned out to be amazing, and most importantly, even in poor health, Inga remained a professional.
I also want to express my gratitude to the drivers — such a difficult road is possible only for real professionals. We arrived safely.
Conclusion
To sum up, I want to say that if you are going to Dagestan, do not hesitate — this is a trip that you will remember for the rest of your life! But before leaving, pay attention to the accompanying person, as this can significantly affect your vacation experience.

The hotels were all great, and I especially liked the quality of service and rooms in the Elbrus region.
I really liked the rooms in Nalchik and the cheesecakes for breakfast are beyond praise.
There were no questions about breakfast in general, there was enough of everything.
The local guides were positive guys, they didn't create any tension, it was as interesting as possible to listen and explore new locations.
In our opinion, the cost of the tour does not correspond to the level of travel that resulted :)

It is very intrusive to buy excursions on the bus, which can be bought cheaper on the spot and for fewer people.
The same impression was left by the offer to buy souvenirs in Tbilisi at 7 a.m.
As it was said in one movie, "you work rough")
And separate impressions about the route itself, when 10-15 minutes are given for a sanitary stop in places with clean free toilets, comfortable canteens, with chefs who are clearly undergoing a medical examination and cleanliness is maintained, but for some reason it is impossible to have lunch there.
But in a cafe with muses, dirty tables, dubious staff, they stop for an hour to have a snack.
That's because the drivers eat there without paying, and the attendant says that this is a normal cafe, despite the fact that the whole bus refused to eat in such a place the day before.
In the future, I would ask for an additional agreement to the contract, which would guarantee me really sanitary stops, and not anti-sanitary ones.
Definitely, there are more positive impressions and in any case, thank you for this tour and a quick solution to the issue with these stops at a distance.

We recently returned from a wonderful, very eventful sightseeing tour to Georgia. We rested from 18.05 to 31.05 2024. There are really a lot of impressions from the tour, we traveled almost all of Georgia. We were in the mountains and at sea. Even on the bus at the entrance to the country, we saw so many beauties, it was breathtaking. On our first day in Georgia, we were warmly welcomed by the city of Tbilisi, where we were given an evening tour, told which places you can visit in your free time. The next day we went to the Kakheti region, marveled at the beauty and views of the Alazani Valley. In the city of love Sighnaghi, after the tour, we had a great feast with national Georgian dishes and wines. We got acquainted with the city of Kutaisi, from where the next day there was an excursion to the Martvili canyons and Prometheus Cave–these are the places that everyone who comes to Georgia really needs to visit. After the mountains, we went to the sea, to the city of Batumi, where we were even able to swim, and according to the program we rode a boat with a pleasant bonus in the form of a glass of wine.
There were great guides on the receiving side, who all these days introduced us to their country, Georgian traditions and customs. We conducted excursions in a very interesting way, answered our questions.
The end of our tour was the resort town of Borjomi. We tried the same water, took a walk in the park. I would have liked to spend more time there, but, unfortunately, only 3 hours were allocated.
The hotels in Georgia are good. The rooms had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Breakfast buffet. In Tbilisi, Svaneti (Mestia), as well as in Batumi, it was very cozy, clean in the rooms, comfortable. Unfortunately, this cannot be said about Kutaisi. The room was dirty, there were stains on the carpet, it felt like the room had not been cleaned after previous guests. In principle, we only spent the night there, so in general, the rest and impressions of the trip were not affected.
As for transit overnight stays, everything was also at a decent level. Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. One disadvantage, in Rostov-on-Don, wi-fi did not work in the room itself, I had to go down to the first floor in the hall.
This tour will be remembered for a long time, I would say for a lifetime! I associate this country with such a wonderful feeling as love, because in Sighnaghi, the city of love, I was offered a marriage proposal. By the way, there is a registry office where you can register a marriage to everyone, the guide even offered. We learned about this travel agency from friends (although we had previously booked elsewhere) and decided to book a tour. Everything was wonderful! I went with this travel agency to Adygea for the new year. It was stated that the bus was new, but they kept silent about the fact that the distance between the seats is minimal, and if a large person is sitting behind you, then the seat cannot be unfolded. The storage shelf was occupied by a trunk for drivers . And so 30 hours on an unfolded seat, with crooked legs, and winter jackets tucked between the window and the chair in front - this is what a "vip" looks like in the opinion of this travel agency. During the tour, the windows in the bus were never washed, and the guide's story "look to the left...." sounded mocking. According to the program, three nights were to be spent in Maikop and one night in Krasnodar. Due to the expected traffic jams on January 01, the evening and night in Krasnodar were replaced by another overnight stay in Maikop, for which three nights is a lot, due to the lack of any attractions. Instead of the world-famous Galitsky Park, it's another night in Maikop, which has been explored inside and out. No apologies, no refund of the difference in the price of hotels and moving. And the legend about traffic jams on January 01 does not stand up to criticism at all. On the way back, after breakfast at 8:30, the next hot meal could only be arranged at 17:00, so with the current means of communication, the travel agency is unable to contact the cafe along the way and arrange meals. There is no professionalism in the organization of the tour. The most dishonest travel agency I've ever dealt with. I do not recommend it!

We went on a tour to Karelia on 30.04.2025 to 05/04/2025.

Review of the Adygea + sea vacation tour. This is not the first time we have rested with AnitaVU. That's why they chose it again. Adygea is wonderful, a very rich program, beautiful locations, the tour is well thought out, Julia is a professional escort. But, everything was fine until we arrived at the sea. Almaz Guest House. It's a long way to the sea. The room is small, the view from the room is on the stairs inside the building. You can't open the window, because they smoke in the hallway, you can't open the curtains, people walk around and see you in the palm of their hand. As a result, you are constantly in the room with electric light and air conditioning. Breakfast - porridge, gingerbread or puff pastry, a piece of white bread and tea. Sometimes, instead of porridge, they gave macaroni and cheese or pasta in the navy. It is not tasty and meager. There is no hair dryer, toilet paper, soap in the room. Garbage bags need to be requested. The pool is only for kids, an adult will not fit there. In short, the rest is ruined, we barely waited for departure.

I returned from a trip to Murmansk (Teriberka).
I am writing a review about the numerous points of Anita's unprofessionalism that struck and spoiled the overall impression of the trip.
I travel a lot and often, but I haven't seen such disregard for the comfort of the group and the program (timing) yet.
I hope that this will be taken into account in the next rounds and measures will be taken to eliminate these issues.
It feels like the route and the program were invented on their knees and no one checked its implementation. Free time was not offered any activities to choose from, food was offered only from the products in the store. When at some point the group protested and said that there really were no cafes and restaurants in Murmansk, for example, the accompanying group began to say that we did not have time for this. Two days of dry rations from the store is clearly not the kind of food you expect on vacation, especially when moving physically.
The accompanying group did not even bother to check the opening hours of the museums to which they were sending people, sending people to the Natural History museum for 5 hours, it turned out that it was a sunny day and people did not get anywhere, but just hung out in the city. None of the escorts had any idea that Tuesday was also a day off on the icebreaker Lenin. They also took us to a cafe to eat soup, not having the slightest idea if it was open there, and for some reason, they didn't want to make a phone call in advance and find out if it was open (which is quite logical), so as not to waste time.
It feels like the purpose of the trip was to stupidly ride a bus, stop at shopping malls and gas stations. It was as if little time was allocated for the rest of the pastime and no one cared about its quality. We were taken to the same shopping center 3 times in one day, instead of walking around Murmansk more or relaxing in a hotel.
I also remember the horror of lunch in Karelia, for 600 rubles. We were sent there with several other groups, there was not enough food, as well as appliances for everyone, we had to wait, there was a natural "struggle" for forks and knives. My friend and I were drinking compote from soup bowls.The food was like slop.It's clearly not worth 600 rubles and our nerves.
After spending the night on the bus, which was terribly uncomfortable, we were immediately thrown into a master class without the opportunity to rest and tidy up, even one person felt sick from this pace and was taken away by ambulance. How can you immediately go to a dance master class after 1.5 days on the bus, since we are all not 20 years old, a group of people is already old.
The communication of the accompanying group was very familiar and as if she was communicating with the students, they tried to make some kind of threats to us, which looks very strange when the group is already grown up and responsible people who understand everything perfectly.
I would also like to say about the drivers who stopped the bus a kilometer from the entrance to the shopping center or across the street from the hotel, is this about convenience? When you're forced to break the rules of the road and run with a heavy suitcase across the street. Why can't we put a bus at the entrance to the hotel so that it's convenient for everyone who paid for the tour to put their things down? Also, the drivers opened the trunk and left, which meant that I had to find my suitcase myself and put the rest of the suitcases that I had to get, too, I had to work myself, apparently.
The bus that was provided for the tour is generally a separate topic. It is absolutely not designed for long distances, it is impossible to lean away from the word at all because it's just that the people behind will have nothing to breathe. As a result, everyone had to sleep vertically all night. As a result, our neighbors spent the whole night "jumping" on our kneecaps, which caused everyone's knees to hurt in the morning. The shelf for things is very small, nothing could fit there, I had to constantly put things under my feet, which made me have to sit in an uncomfortable position and it was impossible to stretch my legs. Our legs were terribly swollen, and after that we were invited to jump merrily at a dance master class without resting for at least 40 minutes.
These are not all the "adventures" from this tour operator, but the most vivid ones. Teriberka is a separate topic, it is unclear why the tour operator did not initially study the weather forecast, because during the week it was clear that there would be heavy snowfall on Teriberka that day, why the alternative to Teriberka was not thought out in advance, but only after 12 of the same day and a lot of time was lost. Why aren't we initially warned about what might happen to cover up? Because people mostly go on this tour just for this place. Everything that could have been done wrong has been done, and there is no question of customer orientation. It's good that we all survived this trip. I'm not sure the truth is completely true, because we don't know exactly what happened to the person from our group who was taken away by ambulance.
After such a vacation, you need another vacation to recover.
