We had a rest with our son at the end of July 2024. The hotel as a whole is 4 stars. I liked both the owner of the hotel and his team! The waiters are great, they clean the tables like bees all day, the food is fresh!!! You won't be hungry! The territory is not large, everything is clean enough, everything is cleaned quickly and everything is put in order for dinner. The pool is normal, we didn't swim in it much, we preferred the Sea!!!)) It's magical! Crystal clear water, mountain views, and most importantly, there is an empty area to the right of the sunbeds, no one!!!) and then the hotel, where there is also no one, but security is sitting on the beach and apparently no one is allowed there. On the way to the beach there is a yellow kiosk, where grandma Fatima (born and raised in Russia) changes dollars into lira. She helped us to exchange rubles for lira!) the child wanted to go to the Nike store in Antalya. But somehow we didn't plan this trip right away! If someone goes to her to change money, say hello!!)) and she was also treated to our chocolate bear in the North, candy bars inside)) she was savoring coffee with chocolate!) very helpful)) The hotel is quiet at night, calm! We didn't go to the animation, the music in the room is heard perfectly, but it's the same every day, so I realized that there is not much of it. There was a mini disco. It's all until 23.00, then silence ... and what I really didn't like was the hamam!!!!! From the word it's quite a disaster, in the service of what, soap from a canister)) a mask with a common jar with a common brush, an introductory massage for 5 minutes)))) and when you go to wash off this miracle from yourself (the mask), you find yourself in the most terrible room, where the shit is terrible where the eye will not fall!! And then you have 3 days left to live)) if you don't take a massage course)))) as if there are no luminaries in St. Petersburg!!!! I work in this field myself, well, guys, if you want people to go, then put things in order!!!!! Your towels stink of dog, or damp, or you don't wash!!! In general, until you send it, they will not get rid of it (... in general, everything is normal! There were 6 days, more than that, and no more is needed.

The hotel is rated at 1 star maximum. The first room they gave me was on the ground floor with a musty stink in the bathroom, and a view of the dumpster and late-night conversations under the windows of the staff. They moved to the trail.a day, because there were no rooms. The food is meager, meat and fish were eaten 2 times in 5 days. Even cats did not eat semi-finished meat products. There wasn't much fruit, and there hadn't been any for a couple of days. Tomatoes are peppered with dark spots. Drinks are poured into plastic cups, even tea and coffee!!!!! It feels like you're in a station cafe. The rooms are dirty, the plumbing is dead, the water flows from the shower anywhere but on you, there was no door in the shower, they covered it with an air mattress. Huge cockroaches were running around. The room was cleaned once in 5 days before departure. The animator sends you on an erotic trip if you don't agree to go to a disco in Kemer. It's scary to accidentally touch the walls in an elevator. The "cooler" with water is similar to the Soviet kvass vending machine and most likely the water was supplied from the tap))). The staff doesn't give a damn what's going on. There are no supermarkets in the village, so prices in local stores are high. Fruits are more expensive than in Moscow. There is nowhere to eat, only fast food, and considering that we were hungry due to the lack of food in the hotel, this is a huge disadvantage. There is a place to walk around the village, near the mountains with hiking trails, which offer beautiful views. Compared to Alanya, the people here are arrogant, the attitude towards customers is boorish, If they didn't buy anything in the store, then a thousand curses in Turkish follow. It was as if I borrowed a million from them and didn't pay it back for a long time, what did all the residents of Kemerovo have to do with it, from hotel employees to store clerks.))) Not all of them, of course, but most of them are complaining

It was my first time in Turkey and I was satisfied with this hotel! I'm surprised how I discovered this pearl! The hotel is beautiful, cleaned often, linen and towels are often changed, the food is delicious and varied, there are sun beds, the entrance to the sea is good: no cobblestones and slabs. Very friendly staff, they responded to all my problems. I cut my hand outside the hotel: the receptionist worked on the wound. The light in the room stopped working, they quickly responded to my request and did everything in 15 minutes. I am very happy! One day I was late for dinner and the cook brought me food - in a word, everyone is kind and friendly. Soft drinks, water, wine, vodka are all there. Once I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, but I turned a blind eye to it. I recommend this hotel
