A good hotel with a good location (though you won't find it right away), the restaurant is well and inexpensively fed, clean, tidy

The service is terrible, the staff is rude, they work carelessly, they hardly speak English, the breakfasts are terrible, the rooms are dirty, the linen has not been changed for weeks. There were cockroaches in the shower!
