We rested for 9 days and did not want to leave, we liked everything very much, cleanliness, order, all equipment works perfectly.
A good-natured host, treated with wine and tea :), 5 minutes walk to the sea, shops, cafes are all nearby, the coast is clean, the water is also, in general, a pleasure.
We left with such sadness, we really wanted to extend our vacation, but work is not waiting.
I recommend this guest house to everyone, we will definitely come again.

A great place to relax by the sea. There are many shops nearby, and the sea is about a seven-minute walk away. Cleanliness and order in the territory. And the main thing is silence both in the afternoon and in the evening. It's just great to relax.

We rested with my husband in the guest house "Angel". The place is very beautiful, comfortable rooms the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the courtyard there is a large comfortable kitchen and parking spaces for the car. The hosts are very hospitable, kind and cheerful (I didn't even want to leave). We will be very happy to come to you again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a rest at this hotel in July 2023, the owner of the hotel Arsen Viktorovich is a great person! I fed shish kebab, cooked dinners, the rooms are clean, bed linen is changed once every three days! All the furniture in the rooms is new, Arsen Viktorovich treated us to his own tea! In short, I recommend a great rest to everyone!!!

All amenities are declared, the owner spent everywhere and showed everything, paid attention to the operation of the light, shower, etc., except for the air conditioner. After they paid and found themselves in the room, they realized that the air conditioner was not working, there was a rag in the shower, which he told to wipe the floor with if water came out a little, but after taking a shower there was not just a little water coming out, a non-draining swamp formed in the bathroom to remove the water with a rag, it takes about an hour to squeeze it out. The drain has not been thought out at all. When we wanted to contact the owner, it turned out that he had left, could not be contacted in any way, and even the lights were turned off, which, it turns out, is a frequent occurrence in Tsandripsha and adjacent villages, which stopped the water supply, air conditioning and, accordingly, all amenities, the rooms are stuffy. There was no light for several hours. The owner has strict rules about cleanliness and silence. We couldn't even stay for a couple of hours - we moved out. Therefore, I can't say anything about the interaction with the owners. The repair is good, but the communications have not been finalized. We left with a terrible impression, instead of extending the rest for another couple of days, we went home with terrible feelings. The owner charged us for one day, for the fact that we waited 2 hours for them on the territory to leave. They did not give objective reasons for non-repayment of the money. All the neighbors complained that the lights were turned off several times a day, which made it impossible to wash in the shower, go to the toilet, and drink tea. Not to mention that the car is locked in the yard under the hot sun, the fence also works from the light. A vacation in such a place is hell. This is not the first time we have been to Abkhazia and Tsandripsha, and we have not seen such total horror. I do not advise you in any case to spoil your impressions of Abkhazia by staying in this house.
