I asked specifically during the booking and when checking into the hotel and was told that I could stay until 16:00 the next day for an additional fee. That's why I chose you instead of a hotel in the center just for that reason, and I set my schedule thinking that I would check out late. However, the next day at 12 o'clock they called my room and told me that I had to check out and that I could not check out late due to the intensity. I was put in a very difficult situation and I could not match your hotel, which I thought was corporate, at all.

Everything is very old, there is no carpet on the floor, shoe dust sticks immediately on the parquet floors, even though it is 5-star, a fee was asked for a toothbrush. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if it's for free. other 4-star hotels are more luxurious

There are no locks on the cabinets, theft happens a lot. If you have forgotten an item that you have forgotten, you can't find it when you go, despite telling you to separate the Asian one that you have forgotten. The lack of towels is a problem that you constantly encounter.
