The nature is very wonderful, especially if you are lucky and it snowed. A secluded, quiet place. There is a river, but you can't swim, there are boats for a fee, apparently. Landscaped grounds (gazebos, swings, volleyball net, barbecue, basketball hoop). There are frisbees and balls. Lighting of the territory at night. Spacious, clean and warm rooms, clean linen. The pleasant smell of wood. There is a kettle, coffee, tea in the room. Spacious bathroom.node. The heated towel rail is hot. The sauna and the steam room itself are spacious and clean. There is a great baptismal font, and you can warm it up. Good Internet connection, separate in the house and in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the New Year's illumination, which lifted the mood perfectly. CONS: ☹️😮: cold floor on the 1st floor in winter 🥶 (take warm socks or slippers🩴), not all rooms have a closet (chest of drawers or bedside table) Whoever arrived last will put their things on the table or on the floor. Attention!!! There is very good audibility between rooms, good beds only on the second floor, and sofas on the first floor are not very comfortable, there are creaky and slippery ones. In winter, with snow, the stairs to the second floor are slippery, you have to be sooo careful and hold on with both hands. For some reason, there was no hot water on the second floor. The territory is not fenced, dogs came to visit. The bathhouse has a small furnace and, as it seemed to us, does not warm up enough, those who like good steam should try to work well with a broom with gravy. Enough for girls. There is no dishwasher in the bathroom, which is the biggest disadvantage. The kettle does not turn off. There were 2 sockets for the microwave, stove and kettle. and those at the bottom had to constantly bend over to rearrange the plugs. Slippery floor in the dressing room and steam room, you need to come up with rubber mats. The room in the sauna for spending time together is not very spacious, everyone can sit, but you can't arrange dancing, you won't walk around there in winter. In summer, a good option is to place yourself on a covered veranda - if you want to set up a table, if you want to dance. We didn't find any proper cleaning equipment, so we need to clean up a bit. The axe is a bit blunt, of course. TOTAL: you won't find an ideal place, but all the disadvantages overlap with the advantages described above!!! We definitely recommend visiting this place

An incredible place!!! We have been to Andreevka more than once. Everything is thought out, neat, and convenient. The rooms and the kitchen have everything you need. And the font and the fire pit are a separate love! Birds are singing incredibly, silence and grace....I'm coming back from there as a new person! I sincerely recommend it!!!

A great manor! We spent the weekend there with friends. The rooms are clean and tidy. The gazebos are neat. There is also a sauna and a font on the plot. A huge amount of dishes, there is a boiler and two barbecues.

Great place! Clean, cozy rooms (rooms with a separate entrance), a cool green area right in the forest, super gazebos and a super sauna with an excellent dressing room for at least 12 people. Nearby (100 m) is the Shchara river, you can go fishing or swimming. There is a volleyball court, and you can play mini-football. Prices are affordable: sauna with dressing room and gazebo -150 rubles, rooms from 70 to 100 rubles (for 100 rubles you can accommodate 4 people), gazebo 50 rubles, PER DAY!!! Super! We will definitely come back here!

A very good place for any company!!Barbecue, cauldron!Volleyball and the picturesque river!!The rooms are fire, the sauna is super!!Everything is at the highest level and the main thing is the forest and silence, even for a loud company!!

The rooms are clean and tidy. Everything is well maintained. However, there was no hot water in the room, perhaps there were some problems with the boiler. The territory is large, well-groomed, but lacks some kind of home comfort. Perhaps the owner should put some kind of swing or something like that, because the children are bored there, there is nothing to do. I took a point for that. In general, I recommend it
