A cozy place definitely 👍
I really liked the music. There were no,, sausage,, compositions. Special thanks to the waiter girls. Smart guys, always smiling and attentive. The receptionist Marina also made the best impression. As for the kitchen: there were no dissatisfied guests out of 20 people. Everyone liked absolutely everything.
For the price, I can say it's not expensive at all.
Overall impression👍
Definitely we will come again.

The corporate party was celebrated on 12/22/2023. 60 people were served by one waiter and an administrator. Not all the ordered dishes were on the tables. There weren't even any dummy plates!!! The first hot dish was brought at 11 p.m., although it was agreed at 19.30!!! The second is hot at 12 o'clock!!!The service is disgusting!!! There was a completely wet tablecloth on one of the tables!!! It's just terrible, I've never seen this before!!!

After this institution, only negative emotions remained.
We tried to celebrate New Year's Eve with the company at the Underground restaurant. As a result, we received poor-quality service and unjustified expectations. And now in order.
1) Entertainment program. They promised an entertainment program with a presenter and Santa Claus, but we didn't get it from the word at all.
2) A minor food oversight. One serving salad out of 10 was not seasoned - they asked for sauce.
3) DJ. The DJ drank Jackson whiskey before starting his "work", had a bite of lemon, and then went to "work". He played the same songs 5 times in a row. He did not respond to repeated polite requests to play other songs. When contacting the administrator and asking to influence the DJ, we were told that he was a new employee and no one could find justice for him. Next, one girl from our company tried once again to politely ask the DJ to switch the song to another one. In response, it was sent in three letters in plain text!
4) The administrator. The administrator at her workplace was doing her own, as I understand it, personal business. She didn't keep an eye on the guests, and judging by the DJ, she's not the boss of some of the staff either. For most of the evening, she just sat next to and talked to some man who had drunk a lot, brought him coffee, hugged him, etc.
In general, we did not receive high-quality restaurant service. Everyone was left with a deep negative impression.
On the positive side, the food is passable. The waiters were polite, but there were big problems with everything else.
In conclusion, I want to say that I have described our experience personally. At the moment, I would not recommend this place to anyone. But whether to go there and celebrate important holidays there is up to you.

One negative !We were at a banquet, in the VIP lounge (so-called)There are no tablecloths, only paper napkins, they didn't bring any glasses, although they put vodka glasses for everyone, no one drank vodka here!when asked why there are no glasses, they replied that we don't know how many people drink wine or champagne, but everyone drinks glasses, yes!although we didn 't even order vodka .The food service is disgusting.Sandwiches on the most ordinary loaf!although the menu does not specify a loaf at all, the baskets are dry, the hot stuff was brought in general, it is better to divide the cutlet into 4 parts and serve 2 pieces in one serving of hot...what was that?I will say one thing-it was a spoiled mood for the birthday girl!and the bill was recalculated, by the way, they immediately counted incorrectly!be careful before choosing a place to relax and recalculate the bill)

I managed to hold a corporate party here, the impressions are terrible. The table was allocated in a completely different place. The serving was done on their own, they did not give glasses and dummy plates. Napkins are paper and there are few of them. The DJ is bland, the program is short and boring. They charged 10p each for the entrance (it was not agreed). The food is passable, there is clearly not enough staff to serve the entire "restaurant". There will be a higher level in cafes.
