A wonderful, beautiful, modern hotel, a place where you want to return! The staff, the service is excellent. Excellent cuisine, everything is delicious and varied. Not a bad hotel with its own beach. Slightly outdated renovation, but in terms of price /quality ratio, it is one of the best offers on Palma. Very cool breakfasts, especially the oriental corner - an opportunity to feel the flavor of Arabic cuisine. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is animation for milking children. There are several restaurants nearby on the shore with different cuisines, from Turkish to Mediterranean.

A solid, high-quality 5* hotel for a relaxing stay. We settled in without waiting for 2 p.m. We didn't have to pay much extra at the reception for the accommodation overlooking the bay, and we received a plate of fruits and sweets as a welcome from the hotel. The rooms are in good condition, everything you need is available, I had to ask the staff for some small things and everything was fixed in 15 minutes, even without a tip. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and many of them understand Russian. The food is at a good level, I liked the quality and variety of the buffet. Some egg dishes, pancakes, etc. can be asked to cook in your presence. Among the disadvantages, it is worth noting the lack of variety of fish dishes and seafood. There are enough of them on Mondays, but on other days there are noticeably fewer of these dishes. It would be nice to add more dishes with beef and lamb. Drinks, fruits and sweets are at a good level. There are no queues, there are enough tables. The territory of the hotel is shared with two apartment buildings. It's clean and cozy. There are many children from both the hotel and the apartments. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds, they were completely dismantled only on weekends. A pool with different depths, there is a separate one for kids. Lots of rescuers all day. There is no animation. The beach is clean, the entrance to the water is shallow. There is a good volleyball court, the residents of the apartments assemble 2-4 teams on weekends. Through the beach you can get to the neighboring playground with several beach restaurants and cafes with different cuisines, the place is very popular. There are spa centers and fitness rooms on the territory around the pool and on the 14th floor of the hotel. There is a mini market near the pool. There is a good local shopping mall across the street from the hotel. There's not much room for hiking outside the hotel, but it's easy to get to the Dubai Marina and local steam areas by taxi. I recommend the hotel.

It's a wonderful place. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, corresponding to the class of the hotel. The kitchen is great. Just for the sake of desserts, I will return (not oriental sweets, but a variety of cakes). It is well located. There is a shopping center across the street, it has a wine department, although without a sign, but you can find it. It's not far to get to the water park.

Excellent price/quality ratio. We spent 7 nights in the hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is a la carte. The choice of dishes is excellent. There are dishes of Asian, European and Indian cuisine, beef, lamb, chicken, seafood. The beach is clean, sun beds and umbrellas are available. 2 swimming pools, one on the beach, the second on the 14th floor of the hotel. Towels can be taken both by the outdoor pool and on the 14th floor. There are Russian-speaking hotel staff. There is a small supermarket nearby. A little further away, about a 7-minute walk, is Nakheel Mall with a huge food court and a selection of shops for every taste. A very pleasant hotel. Good sound insulation, polite and friendly staff, there is a small garden, a beach nearby, a large swimming pool.
It took 25 minutes and 110 dirhams to get from Dubai Airport. The room is good, the luggage is taken immediately to the room, you can refuse the deposit. Soft drinks and a snack (dates and nuts) are included in the room. Beach towels are provided. We were on full board, all drinks except alcohol are also included. There is a lot of food, varied and delicious. There are always nuggets/fish fingers, vegetables/fruits, ice cream for the child.
He brings 2 bottles of water per person to the room, there is a wellness drink in the lobby. There is a small supermarket right by the pool and a large mall across the street. By taxi to Atlantis (there is an aquarium) 7 minutes, by metro 15 minutes (arrives directly at the Mall). There are a lot of shells, crabs and crustaceans on the beach, fish in the water. Because the bay, no waves, the water is warm and quite shallow.

Our vacation is currently coming to an end, but I wanted to write a review now. Great hotel!!!! I liked everything very much. We are experienced travelers, and I want to say that a hotel like this one still needs to work hard to find. All the staff, from cleaners to administrative staff, are very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Inna's hostess and Akhmet's receptionist. Inna is a very friendly and friendly girl. She always understands your problem and is ready to solve it immediately, even if it is not part of her duties. Thank her so much for that. I am very pleased that she is my compatriot. Ahmet is at the reception, also a pleasant young man and an excellent assistant in solving emerging issues.
Cleaning every day. On some days, we asked for no cleaning, but the staff insisted and did their job. So our room was always clean and fully stocked with toiletries and coffee machine capsules, tea, water, nuts and dates.
The room has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Excellent cosmetics for body care. Everything works flawlessly. Thanks to the hotel administration and staff for the excellent organization of our stay.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel.
Expectations coincided with reality. The food is excellent (half board). The beach is nice, clean, nothing superfluous floats in the water (the problem of the islands is all the garbage washed ashore). There is no such problem here. Literally today, employees are cleaning the water, right by the buoys. And it is clear that this is not once a year (there is little garbage, just a couple of plastic bottles).
Cleanliness, the staff is polite, there are enough Russian-speaking employees.
I read in the reviews that there is no hair dryer, no iron, do not believe it, everything is there, look carefully in the room, in the cupboards and cabinets.
Literally 3, 4 more Russian families are staying at this hotel... Mostly Germans and British...
the whole hotel! They complain in the reviews that it is expensive everywhere, so people, if you are going to the country of millionaires and oligarchs at the start, well, somehow get ready not to fumble in your pockets... Of course, we are not oligarchs either, but we need to prepare for such a trip, it's natural!

A wonderful hotel.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. My wife lost her phone at the hotel. We contacted the reception, and literally 10 minutes later the staff brought it to us.
There are many employees who speak Russian, if you need it.
We took a room with a king size bed, although we rested for 2 months + 1 for 11 years. Initially, it was assumed that there would be an additional sofa in the room where we could accommodate a child, but alas, a room with a sofa was offered only for an additional fee of 1000 AED.
I didn't want to overpay, so we decided to try to spend the night with three people on 1 bed. As a result, the bed is so big that no one was cramped or comfortable.
For food. They took HB. The breakfasts are good, the choice is great, although it is the same every day. The pastry is gorgeous! The dinner is excellent. There is also an area of Asian, European and Arabic dishes. There is also a zone for vegetarians).
If you need to replace dinner with lunch, then you can have lunch at the second a la carte Mexican restaurant.
The beach is great. There were always free sunbeds. Also, by the pool.
There is also a swimming pool on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the Palm Tree, where it is quiet and peaceful, because children are not allowed there 😀

1. Dirhams are more convenient to buy in Russia. I changed the currency that my friends gave me before making purchases at the nearest shopping center, where, as a result, there was a commission for the operation of 31 AED. Perhaps, if you bother, you can find it without a commission.

We visited two rooms, on the 5th and 11th floor, the view of the bay is impressive. The rooms are wonderful, the interior is interesting, there is a large bathtub and a rain shower. Cleaning every day. Free snacks, water and several types of free drinks at the bar.

The main advantage is the location of the hotel, the proximity of its contented large sandy beach, which is rarely overcrowded. Since the beach, the pool and everything around the pool is shared with the Tiara Residence apartment, there are a lot of children and their low-skilled nannies. The staff is polite, the service is unobtrusive. Some of the items are on request, not by default. You need to ask for toothbrushes, all sorts of trinkets, replenish the non-alcoholic bar, tea, and so on. Food for four. In 10 days you have time to get used to the slight variety of the menu. There is very little meat. Seafood is very scarce. Fruits are moderate. The rooms are spacious. Most of them overlook the water. There is a free 4-fold daily transfer to and from the Emirates Mall. The quality is much better than the price. I described it in more detail in kiselevaao inst. Ahmed and Mustafa at the reception are always ready to help with any question, they speak Russian perfectly. We extended the room for free until 15:00, as the flight is late.
There are few guests, the pools are comfortable (climate control), free, private beach (a couple of people swam there).
There is a spa with all necessary accessories. Gym.

A very calm rest, measured.
It cost us ~ 1200 to get to the center by taxi to the metro + metro for three. This is a great value for Dubai.

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfasts are good and dinners are more modest. But not hungry for free drinks except alcohol, delicious natural coffee. Beach in June, sun beds are available, showers, changing rooms, toilets are all working. The sea is very warm. Nice hotel!
We booked it at the last minute and worried that there would be no decent options left. But we were lucky!
Of the advantages-
1. New hotel, fresh renovation, beautiful interior.
The hotel is built in the form of a U-shaped high-rise building with a rooftop pool. It is located on the territory of a complex with residential high-rise buildings, so the inner area with a swimming pool and a beach is common to the entire complex;
2. Location.
The hotel is located at the base of the Palm Tree, which is a good option to travel anywhere in Dubai as quickly and conveniently as possible. Near Dubai Marina, you can walk along the embankment (we did it in the evening when the heat subsides), walk to the park with a Ferris wheel, there are many cafes, restaurants everywhere, huge shopping malls for shopping lovers.
By the way, opposite the hotel itself, one of the attractions is the Nakhil Mall shopping mall in the form of huge headphones, in the building of which there is a steep observation deck with an overview of the entire palm tree and its attractions, as well as the monorail. Firstly, it is just interesting and beautiful to ride on this transport, you will not find such a thing in Russia.) Secondly, it is convenient to get to the end of the palm branch, for example, to an expensive hotel with its own Aqua Park, as well as in the other direction to the subway, which will take you further where you need to go. We only rode this monorail a couple of times for the sake of interest, shot a video and then went everywhere only by taxi (Yandex works);
3. Your own beach.
This is a very important factor for a hotel in Dubai, because in the absence of its own beach, you will have to spend a lot of time and money on the way to the city and also on the city beach itself to pay for everything from sun beds. There are frankly not many hotels with a private beach in the city, this one is one of them. In addition to the beach, there are 2 swimming pools. One is in close proximity to the beach, the second is 18+ on the roof of the building, but we didn't really like it because it was small;
4. Buffet breakfasts and dinners are included in the price.
This is a huge advantage, because eating in Dubai, like everything else, is very, very expensive! A cup of coffee in the shopping mall opposite, for example, costs 900 rubles.
The food is very varied and delicious. The menu of European cuisine. By the way, there is no local cuisine as such in the Emirates at all.
Given the abundance of food in the morning and evening at the hotel + the heat all day, we often had a light snack in restaurants/cafes during the day or even limited ourselves to only two meals at the hotel. Therefore, I highly recommend the breakfast + dinner system to all tourists in the UAE;
5. Excellent air conditioning system.
This huge plus, taking into account the local climate and the type of urban development ("concrete jungle", which literally makes the city even hotter in the scorching sun), can be attributed to all enclosed spaces in Dubai. Everywhere there is very expensive, well-designed air conditioning, which is "not felt" in a good understanding of this phrase. There is no feeling that you are being blown away;
6. There is alcohol.
It sounds strange to those who have not been to the Emirates, but it is almost impossible to buy alcohol here. It is banned from sale everywhere. You can get it only in closed, often basement, semi-legal locations. Wine and beer of not very good quality are sold here (wine of one type of white and red, 2 types of beer), but at least it is sold.
Of the cons:
1. Alcohol is not included in the price.
With breakfast and dinner included in the price, I note that alcohol will still have to be paid separately. A glass of ordinary table white wine, exactly like cheap beer, will cost 1,500 rubles. You will be offered only soda or sweet water/ packaged juice for free;
2. As everywhere in Dubai, there are no pedestrian zones near the hotel at all.
You have to walk through the parking lot to the hotel building itself. In order to get into the Nakhil Mall shopping mall building opposite (!!!) literally jumping on the road (roadway). There are almost no pedestrian crossings on the road, they are rare. As a result, it takes 15 minutes to get to the shopping mall, which stands "in front of your nose". And these are minutes in the infernal heat.;
3. Lovers of nature and walking in Dubai have nothing to do.
This disadvantage can be attributed not even to the hotel itself, but to the city and even to the entire state in which it is located.
If your vacation is associated with outdoor walks, beautiful natural landscapes, greenery and animals, this is not about the UAE. Here, a person finds himself literally in a huge shopping mall inside an even larger shopping mall.
Getting somewhere is a whole story. Even when you put a stop to Yandex, you are taken to the wrong place. NOT ONCE did we get TO THE RIGHT PLACE! When you need to get to Buj Khalifa, you will be dropped off at the Mall opposite across the street and told that the journey is complete! We spent 1.5 hours searching for a passage inside the Mall to the tower, but we did not find it (( admired everything from below… No one speaks English normally, there are no signs.
With a huge price list for literally everything, all the time a person finds himself tormented by crowds of people, the heat and tired of trying to explain himself to those who do not understand you. All the "green" attractions like Garden Park are also very difficult to watch live for the reasons described above.

We came to this hotel for the 3rd time and planned to book the next trip with them for May, but they disappointed no matter when, or rather one of the staff - his name is Ramadan, who ruined the beginning of the holiday. I already had communication with him on my first trip, and it wasn't the best either, but his colleagues were able to neutralize the situation . The problem is that he forces you to upgrade the number in every possible way , or otherwise hints that you will have to wait a very long time for the number . Well, thanks to this Ramadan, the impression of the hotel is ruined. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends if they consider it acceptable to communicate like this , and even with a grin with the guests who came to them for the third time .

1. Location
The boutique hotel was built in 2019, located on the island of Palm Jumeirah (right side, on the trunk) - convenient check-in and check-out of the hotel. The transfer from the airport takes about 30-35 minutes.
Nakhil Mall shopping and entertainment complex is located across the street from the hotel: inside there are a large number of boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
2. The territory
It is small, but very cozy. The hotel consists of 2 buildings connected to each other: one tower - hotel rooms, the second - residences. Modern design with elements of Arabic art. I really liked the chandelier in the lobby - soaring glass falcons (symbol of the UAE).
On the 14th floor there is a Cabana Pool - an adult-only pool (16+) with a bar and a pleasant relaxation area. There is also a family infinity pool on the beach — it is one of the largest pools on Palma, about 1000m2. A sufficient number of sun beds.
If you need a place to work quietly, the hotel has a lounge suitable for coworking with upholstered chairs, tables and a mini library.
The SPA center and gym are small.
3. The room
The number of rooms is small by Dubai standards - only 217. The rooms are spacious. There are rooms with both a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a rain shower. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, an ironing board, an iron, a shelf for a suitcase, a bathrobe, slippers. Free mini-bar on the day of arrival (soft drinks). 2 bottles of water per person are brought to the room.
A deposit of 200 AED per room/per night will be charged upon check-in.
4. Nutrition
The hotel has 5 restaurants and bars. There is a small bar/nightclub "KnoX". The main restaurant has panoramic windows and an outdoor terrace overlooking the yachts.
A big advantage: unlimited access to a non-alcoholic bar during meals is provided for any type of meal. If you take the "Half Board +" system, you will additionally have two alcoholic drinks per day per adult.
Good breakfasts: fish and sausage cuts, hash browns, dim sum with shrimp, veal bacon. There is a vegetable station. Delicious Arabic tortillas. Scrambled eggs, Benedict or omelet with various additives are prepared to order, as well as waffles and pancakes are baked.
The lunches are also excellent. There are dishes of European, Asian and Indian cuisines. Be sure to try the ravioli and lamb (very tender).
At La Coco restaurant, I advise you to try tuna poke and meat tacos.
5. Entertainment
In the evening, events are mainly for adults (2-3 times a week): stand up evenings, live music, DJ.
6. The beach

Some days there were long queues for breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located, near the sea, a swimming pool, a shopping center, and many places for walking. Rooms for 3, the refrigerator did not work, the third request was changed, the air conditioner failed twice in 6 days. The cleaning is excellent. The beach is nice. The kitchen is 4 out of 5.

I really liked the hotel! Stylish, bright, new with excellent staff, all friendly and smiling. Every day there is at least one hotel employee at the reception who knows Russian. The breakfasts are delicious, there are plenty to choose from, but in the second week the food began to bother. Clean pools, comfortable sun beds. I can't say anything about the sea, I don't swim in it, but I saw a lot of large fish and crabs from the shore. The room is spacious, a cool hair dryer is not the same as usual in hotels, a table with a pull-out mirror for makeup and hairstyles, everything in the room is thought out. I was very pleased with the location of the hotel opposite Nakhil mall, not a large shopping center where you can buy groceries and clothes. There is also an observation deck on the 54th floor opposite the hotel, a swimming pool with an overview on all 4 sides where a palm tree is perfectly visible. To Dubai Marina 10 minutes by taxi, to the big shopping center as well.

The hotel at the beginning of Palma is an ideal location.The beach is really a hotel and apartments!!!There are no piles of people there, there are always free sunbeds.The rooms are stylishly decorated, everything is new.A decent restaurant, a mall and an observation deck across the street.There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the Emirate Mall. I highly recommend it!

A lovely 5*, family friendly, peaceful hotel. There is an adult swimming pool on the 14th floor of the hotel, a democratic recreation area where you can cool off at the bar. A magnificent restaurant where the cuisines of the world are presented. It's just a gourmet paradise. For me and my companion, staying at this hotel was a real pleasure))

Lovely hotel. Excellent location, wonderful beach. The beach is sandy, clean, there are more than enough sunbeds, the entrance to the sea is gentle.
The rooms are spacious, modern, have everything you need, the mattresses are comfortable without complaints.
The food is wonderful, for every taste. A lot of different fruits, including exotic ones. The service is very polite, fast.
We liked absolutely everything. There will be an opportunity, we will definitely come back!
