The sea is very close. A very convenient moment is 7 ileven right at the entrance to the hotel. Located in a busy tourist area, there is a place to walk.
The attitude of the administration is excellent, they allowed to extend the late check-out time for free to 13 hours (usually check-out at 11-30) they cleaned every day very well, towels are changed every day, including beach towels, one bottle of 1.5 liters of water and two 0.5 liters in the refrigerator every day.
In short, a wonderful place.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We have something to compare it with, we were in a 5-star hotel and this one certainly disappointed us. I must say right away, we bought the tour 3 days before departure, there was no choice at all, but they promised us the sea was nearby, and that's why we agreed. In general, the hotel is old, the territory is very small. We have villa 116, the room has everything you need if you are only waiting for slates to the sea and a beach bag, and towels are changed every day, shampoo, soap are available, a safe in the room, 2 bottles of water are always available, no deposit is taken, also a plus. The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous (scrambled eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs and milk with cereals), instant coffee from a tea bag. The sea is across the street, but...Not a beach. There are rocks and a jet ski ramp, and it takes 5-7 minutes to get to a good beach. Good markets, shops and massage parlors are also a bit away from the hotel. Actually, I can't recommend this hotel, as we won't be coming back here ourselves. 🤣

Such a thing, the owner is not customer-oriented, the two-story rooms have windows facing the street, at first it was noisy, then they resigned themselves, the Indian owner refused to move into the houses, there was also loud music from the other side from the neighboring hotel, the rooms were, because at late check-out they asked for a $ 100 surcharge. The place itself is a hole, we bought a tour to the islands on the street, no one came to pick us up
