When regular employees wash the car, there are no questions about the quality of the car wash at all. No divorces, everything is nice and clean.
But if you suddenly come across guys on an internship, then you obviously won't be happy with the result) Then you have to go through the body yourself with rags. Students are tested using a flashlight, but there are a lot of mistakes. I don't think they should be trusted with complexes.

Title: "Anadim Avto" — money is wasted! I don't recommend it to anyone!
I'm leaving this review to warn everyone: "Anadim Auto" is the worst car wash I've ever encountered. If you value your money, time and nerves, run away from here!
The prices are like in Minsk, and the service is like in a doorway. They charged me for a regular car wash, which in other places includes dry cleaning of the interior. At the same time, the quality is lower than the baseboard: after "washing", there were stains on the windows, the wheels were stained with dirty streaks, and a compressed lump of dirt was found under the bumper. Apparently, they are saving on equipment and funds.
The staff is a different story. The employees walk around as if they are doing a favor by taking the car to work at all. When asked to wash the areas where dirt remained, I received a rough: "It's not our problem, you got the car so dirty yourself." Service? Courtesy? They haven't heard about it here.
Queues are another "bonus". I signed up in advance, but I still waited 40 minutes, because their "system" works on the principle of "whoever shouts louder, we'll serve him."
Bottom line: I paid Belarusian prices (or maybe even higher!), and received a service at the level of a garage sink in the 90s. The car didn't get clean, I spent my nerves, I threw away the money. Don't make my mistakes — avoid the "Anadim Auto" side.
P.S. If the management has a conscience, close the institution or learn how to work with clients. So far, this is a disgrace for the service sector.

I have visited this car wash more than once, and so far there have been no moments when someone has somehow not done their job in full. Both the administrators and the staff themselves are very good at their duties. The prices are reasonable. I am very pleased with the fact that after the end of the washing, the administrators check the quality of the work done locally, if there are any shortcomings, they are quickly eliminated. I am very satisfied, I recommend it.

My wife came to wash the hybrid car. After that, it stopped starting. In general, the electronics were flooded. I'm currently engaged in repairs. I was out of town, so it was not possible to resolve the issue locally. Among other things, they shouted rudely at his wife to pick up his car. They say that because of her, their boxing is idle. If you care about your car and your nerves, look for another car wash. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Previously, a regular car wash (doorways mats) for them cost 25p for my beads, since February 1, their prices have increased and a car wash now costs 40p for my car.
It would be fine if the service was at the same level, but like this: there is no record, you sometimes have to wait more than an hour, the washing is far from ideal. I went to them because it was relatively inexpensive.
Now it's better to make an appointment for another car wash and it will be cheaper)

A nice waiting area with air conditioning and a coffee machine.
There are two queues, one for automatic and the other for manual washing. It's not a bad service, the only thing is if you have rhinestones or stickers on your car, then warn in advance and show with your hands where you need to rub more carefully if you choose a manual sink.

I've been there twice.
1. After NG, the car had to be washed before, I also wanted to treat the body, from salt. We recommended hard wax, doraga-bagata, I gave about 40 rubles for the whole complex. The wax remained in drops somewhere, it was not dried, the trunk and the rubber bands of the doors froze on the street, then had to be warmed separately.
2. Spring. I came for a cosmetic sink, to knock down the dust and dry it, to a minimum. They offered me an automatic car wash, a "10 program". When paying (after washing), they requested 20p. I looked at the price list, it described a lot of things (which I didn't need initially), including washing the bottom. I clearly remember that she wasn't there. I'm asking a question. Next is the dialogue.
Operator: so she doesn't work for us.
Me: but do you charge money for it?
A: so I don't make the programs.
Me: so it's included in the price and it doesn't work? Then why do you charge money for it?
A: well, if it's so important to you...then I will return these two rubles to you.
Think for yourself. I definitely won't go there with such employees anymore.

I visited this car wash more than once, I can say I was a regular customer. BUT today's situation has simply discouraged the desire to visit this car wash. Arriving at the first box, which was closed, the girl at the reception through the window (without approaching the car) waved that she had to wait a little, I regarded it as 10 minutes. Half an hour later, after the second one had already entered the next box! the car, I decided to go out and clarify when the first box would open, pointing to the already long wait, the girl did not even apologize, said that another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, I left without washing. The conclusion is the disrespect of the administration / reception for the time of customers. You could have warned that the waiting time was long and offered to wash in the second box!!!

I visited the VIP Complex for 45 rubles on 09/05/2022. They cleaned it perfectly. The car was heavily polluted. The guys are polite and the service is good. There is a place to wait. There is even a coffee machine. But there was one nuance. Of course, I understand that my car is far from new, but why bother polishing plastic like that? I found dark spots of uneven polishing and bald spots in the light only in the morning.
UPD: I contacted the car wash. Everything was quickly fixed. I have no complaints
