I really had a good experience here. The rooms are very clean, with good natural light during the day. The upper rooms also have bathroom inside which makes it easier for guests. The location is excellent, I could even see the historical site Ark Citadel from my own room window!!! Ihtior, the owner, is very friendly, kind and most of all, honest, which is very important for us guests. In general I'm very satisfied, I truly recommend it and I'm surly coming back.

A wonderful guest house in the center of Bukhara. It is very cozy inside, literally you get into a traditional Uzbek dwelling. At the same time, there are all amenities, bathrooms in every room, fast unlimited wifi. There is also a small kitchen if you need to cook something. Inside the house there is a cozy patio with a table. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy and warm (although it was already very cool outside). And in general, it is clear that the owners treat the house with great love.
Separately, it was nice how we were greeted with traditional Bukhara tea and sweets.
The location is also super – just five minutes from the start of exploring all the sights, the city park. There are also a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby within walking distance. We came in a big company and everyone was very satisfied.

A wonderful guest house. We felt at home in it and at the same time like in a traditional Uzbek house: with an inner courtyard and a cot. The owners paid a lot of attention to the decor and creating an atmosphere. The rooms were perfectly clean, almost all had private bathrooms.
The owner of Iho greeted us with tea and traditional sweets, which was very pleasant after the trip. In general, I have probably never met a more cordial welcome on AirBnB! Iho recommended us where to go and where to eat, and also often asked if we needed anything, made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. It was very pleasant :)
The house itself is very well located: almost in the center of the old town. Most of the attractions were within walking distance. At the same time, it was quite close to the usual grocery stores. In general, the location is perfect.
We are sincerely grateful to Iho and his wife for the opportunity to stay!
