I was very sorry that I turned to Amtrans to deliver things from Armenia to the Russian Federation.
Despite the fact that everything was well packed by me and I warned three hundred times during registration that it was a fragile cargo, many things were seriously damaged.
When I complained about such a delivery to Amtrans, the answer was that it was not their fault and that I should have packed better. The slow cooker, for example, was in its original packaging (including styrofoam).
When making out the cargo, there were no recommendations on packaging and generally no hints that the fragile cargo would be beaten / thrown with such force.
The system unit suffered the most. The blows were of terrible force, so that the frame of the case bent. The foam rubber that I laid along the walls did not help.
You can only transport with this company what you don't mind throwing away.
