I want to leave a review about this institution. I really liked it for a long time, pleasant staff and delicious food with good prices. But we came today and the attitude was changed. They were immediately greeted with a displeased face and voice. When asked if the table was occupied, the answer was "It's always occupied," and it was in a very rude tone. We decided that we wanted to sit here anyway and ordered food. We took out board games and began to figure out the rules, and the same unpleasant woman approached us, who replied about the table and in the same rude tone forbade us to play. It became unclear to us, because before that they always came and played and there were no questions. We immediately decided that we didn't want to sit anymore and asked if it was possible to cancel the order, to which the answer came that if they stopped cooking, then no. I would like to give -5 stars, as the attitude towards customers is as rude and ugly as possible. The place has gone bad and I don't recommend it to anyone.
A good place, with an affordable price. The portions are large, the dishes are delicious, the service is good, the dishes are served very quickly, which is very pleasing. One big and wide DISADVANTAGE of this establishment is that it is impossible to book a table by phone, guys, wake up for the 21st century)))))) I'll take off one star for this.
The service is completely ruined! We used to come in with friends a lot. There were friendly waiters and good service. We played board games quietly - there were never any questions. We ate on a big check. They left generous tips. We came in today and were immediately rude when we asked if a large table was available. The answer was, "Don't you have enough tables available?"
We sat down, read the rules of the board game (not playing cards), we were told that it was forbidden to play in their establishment. We cancelled the order, got up and left. We will definitely not come to this institution anymore, we will spend time with competitors. There were a couple of people in the room, and it's clear why. I do not recommend visiting this institution.
