The restaurant is perfect for everything: location, staff, cuisine. We sat down on the outdoor terrace and admired the sea. The waiter is a very nice girl, she knows the menu. Khachapur is excellent, beef medallions on the grill are great, achapa made of thorn is well suited to everything))) the original preparation of eggplant rolls, fish from the grill is good, I remember the feijoa compote. For three people, the check came out at a little over four thousand, some of the dishes were taken with them, the portions were simply huge. We visited on the advice, recommended it as one of the three best institutions in Abkhazia. We will definitely come again in September. Thanks!

Goat in wine- crushed bones that make up 90% of the dish, 10 more veins and tough meat that gets stuck in the teeth. It is not clear why it is impossible to serve a whole piece of goat, without crushing the bones that get into the meat and break the teeth..
Serving a whole head of cheese in a deep cheese-sized plate, in which it is impossible to slice anything, since a separate flat board or at least a slicing plate was not served. The table knives didn't cut meat or cheese. Eating was like torture. The hall was not full, for this reason, apparently, the waiters decided that they could not stay in the hall but sit in the closet. I couldn't even ask the bartender to call the waiter, the counter was empty, then I saw that he was sitting on a stool behind the counter, sticking to his phone, almost all the time while we were in the establishment, I had to go to the dresser to call the waiter. I did not specify the composition of the dishes, because of this, they ordered a dish with the same name instead of the dish they wanted.
We paid 4,900, we didn't eat enough, we were angry. The only thing that pleases is the view of the sea and the pleasant interior. From delicious: compote and suluguni (suluguni costs 1200) in any market, buy the same delicious one for half the price.
We visited this place a couple of months ago, and there were delicious khachapuri. Apparently, in this institution you need to come for them and watch the sunset.

but! We ordered a barbecue, a loin, vegetables, and an appetizer. Grilled vegetables were asked to be brought at the same time as the barbecue. After 10 minutes, they brought 2 pieces of raw zucchini, 2 pieces of raw eggplant, half a tomato, 1 chili pepper, a lettuce leaf. After 40 minutes, a barbecue was brought, cold, hard, with veins. After another 20 minutes, a loin was brought, hot but smelly, obviously from an "uncosted" or "old" boar.
I think this is unacceptable for any establishment with a barbecue. The impression is irrevocably ruined. Although the institution was chosen based on reviews, and on the website of the institution itself it is indicated that the shish kebab is especially delicious in a unique marinade. Apparently, this was the "highlight" of the marinade.

We were here with a family of 5 people with children on April 30, 2024. A place of peace. Pleasant environment. Delicious varied food - both European and Abkhazian cuisine, pizza, salads, national dishes. Everything is served quickly. The coffee is good. The products are all fresh. Only here the lemonades are sugary, it is better to dilute with water 1:1. It is located right on the shore of the black sea, and on the other side there is a pine grove. The prices are normal for such quality, service and location. I recommend a mandatory visit.

A wonderful restaurant by the sea. Our favorite place in Pitsunda. Delicious! beautiful view right on the seashore and the forest is visible (nature reserve)! Horror. It looks good, but that's where it ends. I would never have thought that in Abkhazia they do not know how to cook shish kebab, despite the fact that the price for it is higher than in Moscow. When the waitress saw the full plate of meat I had left, the question was not "Is everything okay?" and -"why did they leave so much meat?", and even with such an intonation, as if she was paying for it, and not me. In general, the restaurant is terrible.

During your vacation, if you are in this cafe every day.
There are several disadvantages:
1. Maintenance. But this is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia.
2. You can buy on the lower veranda - it's generally creepy.
3. In the evening you will not sit on the balcony if you do not have a reservation. This is generally idiotic... we came, all the tables are free, there is a reserve sign on all of them. The request that we eat there and leave, we will not stay long, was refused. The absurdity of the whole situation is that the administrator knows what time the guests who booked the table will arrive. And while we were eating in the common room, only 2-3 tables on the balcony came, and 4 campaigns on average 4-5 people who did not want to sit in the common room left for a minute.
One simple tip is to be more flexible and loyal to the guests. As a result, you lose money, and the impression is not very good.

It's a great place! We love to eat very much, but we really enjoyed eating everything here (except eggplant rolls). We took compote from Feihua (really very tasty), khachapuri "Boat" is great, the dough is delicious, there is a lot of cheese. Caesar is delicious, porridge is top for breakfast, omelette and cheesecakes are good. Well, the "cherry on the cake" is a strudel with an apple. You definitely need to try it!

Llc this place is a must-visit, very tasty cuisine, perfectly clean tables, a beautiful sunset and the sea are reflected. And the highlight of this restaurant is the Nato administrator, a colorful Diva who will meet you like family and offer the most cozy place. A small minus is the delayed service, but we got high from the place, the evening and the wonderful atmosphere. The sea specialty salad and cherry strudel are above all praise. The place is really great! The best restaurant in Pitsunda in my humble opinion, silence, peace, forest, sea, super! There's a hotel next to this restaurant two minutes away, too, fire! The restaurant is a view, always with sunset, the constellations are perfectly visible at night! Very tasty caesar salad, eggplant, grilled. And a good risotto, which I didn't expect at all! In general, our story : we came , the hostess did not meet , although she was in the hall , we ourselves chose a place on the terrace , sat down . The waiter came and took the order. A minute later , another one came up and asked us to move to the place where the guests go out to smoke ( in Abkhazia , they smoke everywhere , and the ban on public areas has not reached there yet) we refused , because we don 't smoke with my husband .
Five minutes later, several waiters come out onto the terrace, and begin to move the tables next to us, and make one.
The one that we refused starts rattling chairs , very clearly so much so that her colleagues make a remark to her .
She starts swearing loudly , and says "now the guests will come , they will smoke right at them , since they did not want to leave" 😱

We stopped by Pitsunda one day and chose this restaurant based on reviews. The place is decent. It's nice inside, beautiful outside. The food is very decent in many ways. But not burgers! It feels like they tried a burger at some stall and made the same one from good products. If the restaurant's management is reading this, then my advice to you is: there is an amazing burger joint not far from you on Krasnaya Polyana. Take your cook there. After that, he will tell you that you do not have a burger, but a cutlet in dough.
PS: Caesar salad, pasta, chicken chop and khachapur were very tasty.

There is no waiting staff at the entrance, sit wherever you want, except for the reserve.
Minus 3 stars:
The first star for wiping the table, bringing the menu, the waiter came and took the order - 20 minutes (WTF?)
The second star for waiting a long time for the order. We ordered pasta with my husband, a glass of wine, strudel and coffee.
When boarding 1/3 of the entire hall, the wait for this order was 40 minutes.
All the sunset and sea views that we decided to watch over a delicious dinner were ruined.
Either the waiters are not in a hurry, or the cooks are.
The third star is for paying only in cash. The 21st century is in the yard!
With all ratings of 5.0 stars, there is no desire to visit this place. The restaurant's rating is too high.

A lauded place, according to the rating). Once again, I am convinced that many reviews are misleading. We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, we came to have lunch and at the same time book a table for a birthday.
So in order:
The three of us went into an empty hall, the waitress MET us SITTING DOWN, then escorted us to a table, handing out the menu.
The menu is small and very simple, we ordered quite common dishes: 3 fish soup (I remember the price for fish soup -770 rubles per serving, adjarsandal, 2 servings of mussels in cream sauce, homemade lemonade and 2 glasses of 150ml wine (dry and local), flatbread.
The wine was served to us- it was mixed up(((.
The ear turned out to be water with three pieces of fish, a piece of boiled potatoes, diced carrots , attention👆 the vegetables were cooked 100% separately, stored in the refrigerator (the taste of the refrigerator), they were simply cut into soup- water, the water is not even salty and the insect bonus (((.
Mussels are something ((( , they are peeled, but apparently they were not washed, the sand gritted on the teeth(, feed 🙂↕️((.
Ajapsandal is a stewed vegetable stew, which I probably roll up for the winter(.
The cost of a "lunch" is 6000 rubles and it's not about money at all, but the quality of food and service🙈
It's good that we came here to "have lunch", otherwise on my birthday I would have.
Conclusion: perhaps September is no longer the season, the chefs left and cooked for us.workers(((.

The lack of healthy competition in Pitsunda makes catering such an institution(.
