We rested in this wonderful place in August 2024. a family with 4 children (it was not easy enough to find accommodation for our 6-person team, and these houses became just a gift!), they were perfectly accommodated, a double bed, a bunk bed and a free-standing single bed.
Modern renovation, room amenities. Mosquito nets on the windows!!! This is a very important moment there in Abkhazia. And not everyone has them there, but here they are🤗
It was important for us with small children. The parking is spacious, the territory is closed.
🛏️The furniture is new, clean (wardrobe, bedside tables, large cabinet). There is a TV, a hairdryer in the bathroom, air conditioning with remote control.
Wi-fi, login password is provided.
There are clean large warm blankets in the closets for everyone! The bed linen is clean, ironed, the beds were perfectly made before check-in. In the bathroom, a doormat is a towel for feet, a trifle, but it's nice.
There is a playground, a sandbox, a large swing bench, a trampoline on the territory!
The sea is 5 minutes away on foot, and only in Ldzaa it is the PUREST. There is something to compare it with, we have never seen such crystal clear water anywhere👍🏼
There is an opportunity to go to the beach directly through a nearby cafe.
KITCHEN: located separately on the street, large illuminated, two large long tables, one small. Microwave, two refrigerators, stove.
There is a baby seat for feeding the baby!
🍽️There are a lot of dishes, we didn't see a single broken or chipped plate. Cutlery in large quantities, detergent costs, rags, even a kitchen towel (please note a clean new one) has always been placed in the kitchen for use. Hinged cabinets where you can store cereals and other purchased food, two refrigerators.

We have been vacationing in the Amra guest house for the second year.Everything is wonderful: the territory is large, there are only 6 rooms, amenities in the room, its own veranda , 300 meters to the sea, wonderful hosts, Parking.Clean, beautiful and very quiet.The price is ridiculous.The cleanest sea.

Everything is fine, I liked everything,
Minuses:WiFi catches only in the shared kitchen, small refrigerators in the room, and one large shared in the kitchen, and the hostess does not allow pots to be put there, and there are 20 rooms, just imagine, and if you put the products in the shared refrigerator, then defiantly puts everything out at +30,

Convenient location, 5 minutes to the sea, on the pine beach. Hospitable hosts, clean, shower and toilet in the room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, Parking for cars. The rooms are new. I advise you to relax
