Questions about food. The salad was upset, the mini cabbage was cut into two parts and there was a salad in it... work on the serving and taste of the dishes!

The staff is wonderful, I am very impressed with the place and the atmosphere in it.
I just don't understand why it doesn't have 5 stars. People find fault just to find fault.
Dress up beautifully for your loved ones, leave the kids with nannies/grandmothers and relax in a pleasant atmosphere.
It's so cool.

I found out about the opening of this restaurant not so long ago and decided to relax there today. The receptionist politely warned me about the dress code for this institution , but, due to the fact that I did not know about it , they let me through .
I was very satisfied, the service was top-notch, the serving and taste of the dishes were amazing.I will definitely return to this institution more than once, but already in the established dress code.

Only the design is beautiful in this place!
The attitude towards the guests is at a level below the baseboard, where you are constantly warned about the style of clothing and the age of the children.. and also about the time you have at their place! The food is so-so so far! The kitchen is not set up yet! Prices are above average! There is no service.. The hostess behaves as if she treats children from cancer, and does not take them to the table… It's sad that's all for now…

One star only for the interior. The service is intrusive in places, and sometimes rude, we were reminded 3 times that the table is for 1.5 hours🥲
The food was not impressed at all, the tartar is very salty and the potatoes go with it too. It didn't even look very appetizing.
The whole hour of hanging out was uncomfortable. There are too many demands from visitors who came just to enjoy the food and atmosphere🙁

One star for the fact that the hostesses are openly behaving incorrectly, who ask to change something in the bow at the next visit (spoiler - it won't be, it's some kind of game). Did you guys get some kind of star? Maybe some well-known magazines or European critics have appreciated or noticed you? Maybe you got into some kind of global restaurant guide? This is what I mean by all the establishments - both bloom and Bergamo.
So those who got in, they don't even care what anyone came in. Millionaires are sitting in sneakers and jeans. They won't let you in beach clothes, otherwise, express yourself. And then the owners can express themselves (😉) as they want (and for good health), but for some reason the guests do not. Ordinary snobbery and unprofessionalism combined with tactlessness.

When they arrived at the appointed time, the staff apologized and asked to wait a little while until the table was cleared.
We sat down on the bar.
After 40 minutes, 40! Karl, they came up to us and asked us to wait a little longer))
In the end, 56 minutes and we gave up..
Sitting at the bar hungry, and this is for a minute, it was a date! Well frankly it's disrespectful

I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who appreciates politeness, respect and service. We decided to call to book a table with friends and a child (4 months old), and we were pathetically refused, saying that children are allowed only from the age of 6. This is just the height of absurdity... Is this a restaurant or some kind of snobbish place for the elite? Moreover, we were also arrogantly informed at first that the style of clothing should be anything other than sporty, the guys are kringe... After reading the reviews below, it is clear that arrogance is the norm for your staff.

Desserts with strawberries and strudel are not bad, as is fried octopus. service. The waiter was wonderful: he talked about the dishes and wine, appeared on time. Yes, they cooked for 40 minutes, but objectively almost all the tables were occupied. The prices are expensive, although the target audience most likely will not look at them. p.s.I'll try to go to this place again and find a decent hot dish for myself.

We visited AMO for breakfast. I should note right away that the absence of latte coffee seemed strange, along with the presence of other coffee drinks on the menu (cappuccino, flat white, etc.).
Service: normal. Not good, because they did not offer water, and also did not monitor the fullness of the glasses. Also, when setting the table, an empty glass was left while waiting for hot :/ I'm attaching all the photos. The waiters are polite.
Interior: good, trendy, trendy, I will note the comfortable furniture separately.
Kitchen: OK. But far from wow.
Summary: if it were an institution with an average price in Minsk, then there would be no questions at all, but AMO still does not reach an institution with a price list like the top restaurants in Minsk.

A friend said that this is one of the best restaurants in Minsk, but unfortunately, we need to work very hard on the service, I will not return to this restaurant after arriving in Minsk. I was extremely disappointed to visit this place. When booking, they did not warn about the dress code (casual style). I was not allowed to wear classic shorts, although it was 30 degrees outside. They seem to have a distorted understanding of the casual style. Even Michelin restaurants in Moscow and Europe do not have such strict requirements.
