A cozy, small family-run hotel on a quiet street. The place is good, everything is close. Exit to the central boulevard in 4 minutes. The tomb of Amir Timur is 5 minutes away, and Registan is a 20-minute walk away.
The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. You can drink tea at any time in the kitchen - dining room, there is also breakfast. A buffet breakfast is served. Small, but homely.
Very clean.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
They offer to help with any issue.

A small cozy hotel. The location is good. Clean, the rooms have everything you need, the breakfasts are delicious. Tea and drinking water are always available. Very friendly, sincere and helpful host, his wife and beautiful daughter. They will tell you everything, tell you everything, arrange a transfer if necessary, everything is great. We really liked it, were greeted with warmth and care, the owner of the house Bakhtior treats his family business with trepidation and therefore everything is at the highest level! You can talk about breakfast for a long time and only good things. They cook very tasty at home and with love. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And they have prosperity and more good guests!

Good morning! A convenient, quiet place, close to the central streets and not far from the Registan. Friendly hosts, very tasty, homemade and hearty breakfasts. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything necessary for relaxation.

A wonderful family-run hotel. Small, only 6 rooms, but perfect cleanliness and individual approach to each client!!! We had a rest at the end of February 2023. Delicious breakfasts and silence..despite the fact that you are a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. There are shops, cafes and everything you need on the next street. A refrigerator is also available. Breakfast is from the heart. And pancakes and omelets, jam and vegetables, homemade cheese and sausages... I highly recommend it!!! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture ((( and yes, they enter the house without shoes. It's unusual, but the feeling is indescribable!!!

A cozy hotel, friendly hosts, not far from the center.
The room was very pleased with the fully heated floor in the bathroom.
The price is somewhat overpriced (they took $45 for booking.com ), but not critically.
You should prepare cash for payment.
