Dreamed of a trip and.... Oh, the horror! First of all, no one was waiting for us. They barely got through to let us in. They settled into a damp and cold room, it turns out they don't even know about heating and, if it's cold, they warm themselves with air conditioning or a fireplace, so almost everywhere and in Gagra too. The hostess is a narcissistic lady. The house and kitchen are very dirty, there are interruptions with water and electricity. There is no cafe in this village. From the good: the owner is courteous, the territory is cozy, close to the sea and very beautiful nature, there is a small shop down the street where there is excellent homemade cheese! I recommend Abkhazia, but not this guest house, there is a house with heating in Tsandripsha.

A very nice guest house. The rooms are clean, cozy, with all amenities (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi), bathroom, spacious, bright, there are no interruptions with water. The room is well furnished, the furniture is new, comfortable (2 double beds, bedside tables, table, wardrobe). Well-groomed green area, lots of flowers. Convenient location, the sea is 2 minutes away. The beach is clean and wide.

We were accommodated for the night in a nearby boarding house, otherwise everything is fine. We had breakfast at a local cafe. Otherwise, everything is fine. The location is great. Vacation June 2023.
Minuses:
- The hotel is not located in Tsandripsh, but in the village of Amzara, Tsandripsh is still ten minutes away. And to do this, you need to catch a taxi or minibus, which are simply not there.
- WI-Fi is only on the shared balcony, there is no connection in the room!!!
- cleaning, the room was cleaned, but there is no shared balcony (cobwebs on the railing, dirt, dust);
- meals (there are no lunches or breakfasts in the cafe at the hotel).
- the beach is dirty;
- the road (if you do not take a transfer from there, it is very expensive to leave);
- there was a damp smell in the room (I had to leave the ventilation on all the time);
- there was one table on the common balcony, so it's worth it and there's just nowhere to go out in the evening to relax.
Positive:

If you do not go on excursions, there is nothing to do all evenings. There are two hotels nearby where you can eat, but the best cafe -dining room is a little far away (Shahumyan Street), but you can have a tasty and budget meal.

- confusion during check-in. Even if through a tour operator, there are risks.
- cafe. Delicious, but dirty. We found a cafe nearby, where the full complex is cheaper. Loud music in the cafe, which does not allow you to communicate.
- wifi. Catches only at the door of the room)
I recommend it to couples without children. There is no playground. To someone who cares about the beach nearby. And who will close their eyes not some flaws in the room.

The hotel is really located next to the sea, 50-60 m to the sea. I was pleased with the cleaning, they cleaned the rooms every other day, if necessary more often, they can do it more often, just need to say it, just with a change of towels, at least change every day.I was glad that there is an iron, though one for the whole hotel. The pros are over for me. Now the downside is that there are not enough sockets in the room, they were infected in turn, or turn off the TV, then an additional outlet will appear, the hotel consists of three floors, 6 rooms on each floor, imagine how many people there are and there is one kettle for the whole hotel, which is always pushed into the rooms and you go looking for it, there is no microwave, for those who were going to cook, well, at least breakfast, I will disappoint you, there is no stove there either. There is no banal can opener, you will not open canned food and beer, there is no corkscrew, so without bottled wine) take glasses with you, if there were 3 pieces for wine for the whole hotel, then there is nothing to drink tea or coffee. Further, on each common balcony there are 2 tables and 4 chairs, every day we had a struggle for this table and chairs) everyone wants to go out on the balcony to sit, eat, drink tea, and generally just sit in the fresh air, etc., who was the first to occupy, and got a table with chairs. Since no one smokes in our company, it's a real problem for us, you could smoke anywhere, just not in the room. And as it turned out, we lived on the 2nd floor, smokers settled under us and from the side, we were unlucky. We are sitting at a table on the balcony and then it starts, then they will start smoking from below, smoke will come up on us, then they will come out from the side, then damn from all sides, we had to go to the room. But someone lives with children, children run around this balcony, well, smokers are in trouble) then there is a lover to hang out until the morning on this balcony), you may have an idea about a vacation to sleep it off or maybe you need to put the children to bed, but here is a tipsy company and it's good if there is one who laughs and talks almost at the top of my voice. Well, it's the fault of the owners, they have no rules of conduct in the hotel. What is the difficulty in allocating a place for smokers, 5 meters from the hotel and at least not to interfere with anyone. Well, for lovers of noisy drinking, go to the sea. So, if your idea of a vacation is to smoke and drink, then you are here. And so we rested in other places before, there were no problems with this, there was always a place for smokers, and for drinkers the regime was until 23.00, then either go to the room or to the sea, well, if you sit quietly, no one will disperse you)

The location is convenient 5 minutes to the sea. On the territory of the hotel there is a hotel itself, two houses for the owners and a cafe. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the only minus is the beds, we called them "ORTHOPEDIC" when you sleep, all the springs are felt, when you turn over everything will hold together!!!
Well, in general, the hotel is good, but I will reduce one point for beds and food!

We bought a ticket through a tour operator, check-in with us from 11.08 to 17.08.22. We arrived at this hotel, and the owner of the hotel tells us that an error occurred due to the fault of the tour operator, that we check-in according to their data from 12.08.. And we had to spend the night opposite this hotel, at the recreation center "Laguna", they are we were placed there for the night, but we had nowhere to go, so we had to agree. Laguna, this building under the USSR is not a well-groomed place, dirty and, as I understand it, very cheap, without an air conditioner with a fan. Mosquitoes gnawed at us all night, the lights were turned off at night.
We checked into Amina Beach only on 12.08. This hotel is not cleaned, it is dirty, often the lights are turned off every day. Their kitchen, bar does not know the SanPiN at all, and they do not know how to cook. Tea can be refilled with boiling water, shish kebab from the day before last, they take it out of the cauldron, which they have on the grill, they heat it up, and then on plates, I then watched the brazier as he "fries" the old meat, after they tried the chicken shish kebab, ate a little, gave the rest to the cats, and poisoned by it. wine is a swill. WiFi does not work well in the hotel only on the balcony, and in the bar, there are a lot of people, and the router is weak. And when there is no light, it naturally does not work and the air conditioner too, but the light is turned off 2 times a day, two days before departure, the hot water was turned off.So if you are working on vacation, you will have to be nervous. And most importantly, upon arrival home, it turned out that the tour operator did not make any mistakes. It turns out that tour operators buy rooms from them, and then sell us vouchers, and you can guess what the owner did. And when we arrived, they illegally spent the night at our place, the owner sold it to others, and we spent that night in poor conditions, but the owner of Amina Beach was in +. Think for yourself whether to go there or not. I don't recommend it.....

Hello. I would like to leave a review. We didn't live in this guest house, but we often went to the cafe. The kitchen is very good! delicious. The hospitality is at the highest level (one exception is a waitress with a short haircut... Absolutely not interested in customers) . We had a big company, they put a separate table in the garden for us! The attitude of the hosts was wonderful!!!!!!!
But there is one disadvantage... We wanted to go on an excursion to Mount Athos, we were told 10 minutes before the trip that it was a sanitary day in the caves, but this turned out not to be true. Apparently, they recruited few people, or there were some other reasons. Unpleasant..

Booked in advance, the so-called "two-room suite". We have two children with us, six months and three. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. On the day we arrived, no one was waiting for us, but they began to prepare the room at a fast pace. When we entered, it turned out to be not a two-room room, but a one-room apartment with an opening without a door, i.e. everyone slept practically together. The window in the room looked out onto the backyard, where the cafe stored its products, at 7 a.m. the rumble began, i.e. the curtains could not be opened, someone was constantly climbing outside the window. The tiny TV didn't work either. The room is dark, damp, because of the constantly flowing toilet bowl. There was a barely burning light bulb in the shower, a micro sink from which water was constantly pouring out, two nails instead of hooks. A refrigerator with a non-working freezer, I begged for the third day, as well as a mirror. There was no question of any kettle or cleaning at all. There is no barbecue area, no tables, or even benches in the courtyard. I had to constantly eat in a cafe on the territory of the guest house. There is no kitchen. At the end of the vacation, I wanted to wash my clothes, and then it turned out that one wash costs 200 rubles! They did not leave immediately only because of the inconvenience of moving with young children. A lot of friends vacationed with us, everyone lived in different places, everyone lived like people, and we survived. Thanks to the guys from the cafe for the boiling water for the child. And yes, the sea is nearby.

He poured wine and said that all the rooms were occupied! And where is the room we paid for?!! Then it's even more fun.. On the last day of our stay, he informs my husband that the next vacationers have arrived and we need to make room! What kind of attitude is this?! Aminn wrote about this, who was not seen or heard all the days of her arrival-no answer, no greetings! The cafe is not bad, but 10% for service that does not match is too much!
