08/21/2024, they came to buy a computer chair, the seller in a rude and tactless way said that we should go to the warehouse ourselves and get the box, since they do not have a loader, I understand everything, girl, it's hard to lift, but we were not politely asked, but without fail, as if we were obliged!!!My husband was with me and he would not have been able to do this, but you can also ask tactfully, the whole conversation was in a raised tone and with a grin, when I started jokingly saying that I had never seen such a thing before, that the buyer was obliged to enter the warehouse himself and remove the boxes, the seller did not even understand that this is not right, as a stranger can freely enter the warehouse, when the manager came, it became even more fun, she did not try to solve the conflict situation, but began to raise her voice and pretend that we are obliged to ship the goods ourselves, and if we do not want to, then come tomorrow when there will be a loader!!!it is necessary to first learn how to talk to people, and then get a job, where there is always communication with the buyer!I came to the store, not to your house, whether you have a loader in the store or not, this is not a customer's problem, but a store's problem, terrible staff!!!! when I asked for a book of complaints, the head said that they were mocking me, as if I wasn't there or I was deaf, how could I behave like that?Learn to respect people!

The rating of the delivery service and administration is 0. I liked the writing desk, I live 3 minutes from the store. But unfortunately they did not have it available, only pickup from almost any other part of the city or delivery. The durability of delivery is wild, of course, 30p. the amount of the table is 100p. well, okay, the company has such rules. When making the delivery, I asked very much and repeatedly clarified, 1 hour before arrival, call me because I am in another area. Today at 12:43 they dial me and tell me that they will be with me in 40 minutes. I asked for 1 hour to call, well, I think okay, I'll make it! I arrive at the delivery place at 13:15 and start waiting... 50 minutes pass instead of the promised 40, my desk is missing. I dial the courier's number, they don't pick it up. 75 minutes pass instead of the promised 40, I try to dial a second time - the courier deigned to answer and say that they will be soon! As a result, they arrived at 14:05. When asked how their delay of 40+ minutes would be compensated, they began to assert and suggest to me that I was deaf and they meant time from 40 minutes or more, but I misunderstood everything. Yes, and they have the most difficult job and it's not the delivery of pizza to arrive at the time (pizza delivery is free and always on time with me, and here it's 30 rubles. and not on time). Also, the loader and the driver clarified that they could arrive at all by 17-00, that is, it is normal for them to tell customers one time and arrive at another. I asked for the number of the administration in order to solve this not a beautiful issue with them. The courier gave me the number of a girl who was either on maternity leave or on sick leave, but clearly did not want to communicate with me and said for 5 minutes that this was her personal number at all and why should I call here. As a result, she gave the director's number, which was not available and his number was also not available. Terrible attitude towards customers, it feels like a Sharashkin's office and not a well-promoted and long-established company (brand) on the market!

I bought a sofa bed for the full price, at that time there was a special offer "Pillow soft as a gift". The sweetly smiling sellers didn't say a word about the pillow I was supposed to have. And when I came to ask, they said: we didn't have them, and in general, why do you need this penny pillow ... It doesn't make the weather in the house for me, however, then why advertise store promotions on every corner if these promotions are about nothing?! And I take off the star for the absence of my delivery service.
