The entourage of the place reminds me of my ideas about a restaurant for very rich people - the decoration and service are at a colossal level.
The restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine and high-quality meat.
The kitchen is a separate conversation. The combination of flavors in snacks and dishes is simply mind-blowing.
Among the snacks, I strongly recommend trying Guacamole with banana chips and Ceviche from wounded fish species. Honestly, after these dishes, you think about food not as a way to fill up the tank, but rather as some kind of art.
I tried Wagyu steak - a very interesting presentation of the dish. The steak is served on two salt stones under fire with the possibility to finish cooking directly on the stones (due to the fact that these stones are salt steak does not even need to be salted, it is absorbed directly from the stones).
The tenderest meat, but the price of course bites - 950 dirhams, which is about 25,000 rubles.
Also from the dishes I want to highlight the squid tentacle with mashed potatoes, served with smoked olives sauce. It is very difficult to cook a squid tentacle deliciously - 3-4 extra seconds and the dish is already rubber. But Amelia was able to make the tentacle just melt in your mouth.
So sushi from different types are worthy of mention, I will not single out any separate one because after trying everything one by one in each of them I found something separately interesting.
The general impression is that I am delighted that I visited this institution. If there is an opportunity, I definitely recommend you to visit.
