They position themselves as an Italian trattoria, for me it's just a good place with European cuisine (who's tired of Georgian) Traditionally, strong breakfast positions include omelets, sweet pancakes, amazing cream profiteroles, and decent coffee. And the new location is certainly much more advantageous (unlike the old location near Tbilisi Square). This new room was transformed by the order of 👍🏻 we went there once, when there was still some kind of Georgian cafe there, and there was nothing. Now it's cool and cozy, 2 floors, a cute letnik at the entrance

As a result, pepperoni blue pizza, lasagna, gnocchi with gorgonzola and bacon, everything is so salty that it is bitter. The waiters were slow and lost, especially the girl with glasses, brought a salad and when asked to bring a fork, they said, yes, of course, and disappeared, after 15 minutes of waiting, they had to go for a fork themselves. The waiter was standing at the bar at that time and looking at something on the phone. We ordered wine, waited for 20 minutes, periodically reminding the waiters, after 20 minutes the waiter came and said that the variety we ordered was not there, to which we agreed to a replacement, but it was not carried for another 10 minutes. After that, we already asked for the bill and removed the wine from the bill, since there was no point in waiting any longer, we had already eaten everything a long time ago. Along with the bill, wine was brought to us, which of course we refused, since the mood was spoiled and we just wanted to leave.

The waiting time is always 20-30 minutes minimum. But as if you can accept it if you know it in advance and the food is delicious. It wasn't like that this time. The omelet was bitter (burnt inside). I realized this by the end of the meal, because I was hungry and at first I thought the arugula was bitter. If you want to come, be prepared to wait a long time and not get consistently delicious food. If you're lucky. Last time I asked for the same omelet not to pour oil on the arugula, it was ignored. Most often, the service is lame and in response to comments they say "we will punish everyone, we will take everything into account." Why would I need a disciplined staff?) I want a good and fast service.

Deception and low-quality ingredients. We ordered pizza margarita, which contains arabiata and mozzarella sauce. They brought something that didn't even look like a margarita, and it didn't look like a restaurant pizza either. I asked the waitress if it was definitely Margarita -she said that it was. In fact, there was no sauce or mozzarella. There was a dry pancake of dough with a thin layer of some cheap dry cheese. They tried it, but they didn't eat it. It cannot be classified as edible. The dark spots in the photo are not sauce - they are dried cheese. In addition, more than half of the wine items were not available. There is no interior - blue walls and that's it.

Recently we decided to go to the Amedeo restaurant. We visited this place and were completely delighted with the atmosphere and dishes. The lasagna was prepared with special skill - each layer is saturated with the rich taste of juicy meat filling and fragrant sauce. The canolles served as the main course were incredibly tender and fragrant, and the salad that complemented it created a perfect contrast of taste with the cheese filling of the conolles. The service was attentive and friendly, making it feel like we were staying with good friends. I definitely recommend "Amedeo" to all connoisseurs of Italian cuisine!
