The hotel is wonderful! We stayed here for three nights in May 2025. This is the best location in terms of walking distance to all the main attractions of Tbilisi. Taxis arrive here quickly too (by the way, Yandex Taxi works!!!👍🏻). Our room was a family room. It is large and spacious, but the only subjective remark is that the diagonal of the TV is very small, both for this room category and, in principle, for a 5-star hotel. Keep in mind that all family rooms overlook the roadway. We had the first floor, but the sound insulation was top-notch, and we didn't experience any discomfort. The breakfasts are just a bomb! The chefs are doing their best!!! One hundred percent sure that every gourmet will find delicious dishes here! The staff speaks excellent Russian and we did not notice any special attitude towards ourselves (unlike some Russian reviews). Everyone is polite, hospitable, always smiling!We recommend this hotel and thank you for our wonderful Georgian holidays!

We lived here in early August with a large family of different ages. Everything in this hotel is great:
The rooms are great, the friendly helpful staff, the beauty salon, and the food is just a separate story to admire! Breakfast, room service or restaurant - everything is of high quality and very tasty.
I only recommend this hotel in Tbilisi, it will never disappoint you.

The hotel left a pleasant impression. The location is the best in Tbilisi. We took the standard, the room is not big, but everything is there. Pastel linen, blankets, pillows, towels are all of excellent quality. There are bathrobes in the room, they went to the spa. The pool is clean, the steam room and sauna are hot, there is a veranda with sun loungers of a very unusual shape. It was cold in the middle of May and we were practically alone in the pool. Probably not in season, the hotel has few guests yet. The only drawback is the fitness room, located in a small room near the pool, where three exercise machines can barely fit and nothing else. And so, if I come back, I'll stay here inconspicuously.
A chic breakfast is a feature of this hotel. Unique dishes of Georgian cuisine are served together with the usual ones. There are also several types of wines and chacha.

It sounds like the perfect place to stay, I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Tbilisi.

Good location. Good sound insulation. A wonderful breakfast with champagne. Excellent restaurant for the evening (Georgian and Italian menu). The bathroom and toilet are very cramped. Plumbing (shower) is pouring in all directions. There is no splash protection in the bathroom and the floor is often in puddles. The staff is polite. There is an exchange of money.

A magnificent hotel, one hundred percent corresponding to the level of five stars. There are few hotels I could say that about, although I travel the world a lot. It is a very beautiful building, the interiors are decorated with good taste, spacious, comfortable, easy. On the ground floor there is a casino and an excellent restaurant with a bar. Breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty, lots of vegetables and fruits. I was struck by the presence of honey in the honeycomb! Friendly waitresses. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated. The beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. There is a kettle and a minibar with a fridge. The reception service is also very decent. It is clear that the hotel is focused on demanding customers and values them. There is an excellent swimming pool and a spa area. It was nice to sunbathe on the top floor of the hotel. The historical center is directly visible from the window. The hotel is located in the very center of Tbilisi. There are many guests from different countries: Emirates, Germany, France, Italy, etc. We recommend it to everyone! Book only in advance, preferably in winter. Prices are much higher in summer.

Good location near the Old Town. The hotel is located at the intersection of two major roads and the rooms are very noisy even with the windows closed. It is impossible to sleep with the window open. We were in February, the ventilation was centrally set to heat (although it was +10 outside). The repairmen at the hotel tried to do something, but it was useless.
As a result, 2 sleepless nights in a stuffy room.
The pillows are uncomfortable.

Just a wonderful hotel, the staff is responsive and polite, ready to help with translation into Russian, the cuisine is excellent, delicious and varied menu!

The hotel was chosen by location and stars. We booked not the simplest, but an improved room. As a result, upon arrival with a suitcase, no one helped us, they drove us themselves. They settled us on the 2nd floor. The room is tiny, battered. There are no shelves for clothes in the closet at all and only 3 hangers.
One of the cabinet doors is firmly fixed, and therefore it is extremely inconvenient to use it. The watering can was broken in the shower, it was not convenient to take a shower. And yet, after a long journey, finally settling into this, we were surprised by the lack of a compliment in the room, and knocks on the door, 20 minutes after our accommodation.
Immediately after the knock, the front door was opened, it turned out that it was the cleaner who handed my husband a toilet brush. How are you there, in general, in the toilet?! Is it 5 stars?!
The "delights" of the stay did not end there. Before the walk, we went to the reception and asked to fix the shower head, they promised us. We arrive at the room late in the evening, nothing has been fixed. The spouse went down to the reception (because the phone in the room did not work to call the reception), ran over them, and only then she fussed and began to behave as it should be in 5 stars. A man came, fixed the Watering Can, called the cleaner after him, she wiped everything. OK.
In the morning, after getting enough sleep, we went to breakfast. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing. None of the waiters and other representatives greeted us, and did not come to the table (and the occupancy of the hall was, well, a maximum of 15-20 percent). There are plenty of waiters. They just went about their business. Okay I went up to one myself, asked for a kettle with boiling water. I saw a displeased expression on my face, but I said OK. He brings a cup of boiling water, I say no, the kettle. To which the girl sent a guy and he immediately understood and brought it.
In general, there is simply no impression of the hotel. It's a shame. You will not see any politeness, helpfulness, or proper respect and comfort there. I do not recommend visiting.

I will also not list the pros from informative rumors, but there are no minuses in it!
