Of the cons: the rooms are normal, after renovation, only on the second floor for 80 euros per month, there is a balcony. The first one is very poor and old, but for 60 euros. Cockroaches come at night, but if you tell the owner in advance, they will treat you. The air conditioning system is weak. As for the location: the sea is across the street, the nearest shop and good restaurants are a 15-minute walk away. In general, this hotel is not for those who are tempted by luxury, but if you come for a long time for the sake of a clear and clean sea, then it's not bad.
