The main advantage of this hotel is its location in the heart of the city. The hotel is small, there are few guests. The staff is polite, even helpful.
While we were waiting to check in, we were offered tea and told how best to plan our stay in the city. They offered, of course, to order excursions or taxis through them. They speak only English.
The hotel is in need of renovation, and just at the time of our stay, a worker was covering up holes in the walls. There were smudges on the ceiling and walls in our room.
But the room itself is quite cozy. Bathroom with normal plumbing, shower. There is a hair dryer, gel, shampoo, etc.
Breakfast on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, as well as a view of the Bosphorus and even a piece of the Marmara Sea.
The breakfasts are not very varied, but there is something to eat. There are always a few cupcakes, jam, rolls... My husband didn't have enough porridge.
It's a good hotel in general. We are very happy with our stay.

A very good hotel ,excellent staff, a cozy room,we rented a family room , we were satisfied,the breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the most important thing is the location of the hotel ,Hagia Sophia,Topkapi,Blue Mosque within walking distance.We decided that the next arrival we will stay at the Alzer hotel.👍👍👍👍👍

A wonderful boutique hotel in the historical center of Istanbul! Lovely and helpful staff, always greeted with a smile (they don't speak Russian). The rooms are small, comfortable, have everything for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi, dishes, etc.) were cleaned every day. Breakfasts with an incredible view are something, a variety of dishes, pastries, thanks a lot to the cook. The location is excellent, close to the ferry stations, from where you can sail to any part of Istanbul, walk to the main attractions and enjoy the atmosphere, in the evening you can walk to the promenade and enjoy the Bosphorus and the Marmara Sea. I recommend the hotel, it was comfortable and pleasant to stay.

A delightful hotel for us personally. It is located in the very center of Istanbul opposite the columnar "Constantine". A small but cozy room with all the amenities, just enough to relax at night and go explore the city in the morning. A dining room with a good buffet and magnificent views of the central mosques and the BospoRus Strait.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town, many attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts with pleasant music and a gorgeous view from the windows.The room on the 5th floor is spacious, stylish, with comfortable pillows and a mattress. It is a pity that at 7 a.m. all movements and preparations for breakfast on the 6th floor were heard ( poor sound insulation ) Next time we'll take a room on the 4th floor. There is an elevator ( convenient ) All towels were changed daily , the room has a hairdryer , kettle and dishes, the staff is friendly without intrusiveness, even despite the absence of Russian-speaking staff. The interior of the hotel is stylish, You definitely want to come back here for warmth and a warm welcome!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!! December 2023.

To be honest, we won't be going to this hotel anymore. 4-star service, good breakfasts, but dogs barking at a nearby construction site, which makes it impossible to sleep at night with normal hearing. Considering that we stayed there for the second time, the impression of the dogs was blurred for the worse.,

A pleasant hotel in the heart of the old town, many attractions are within walking distance. The room is quite well renovated, very clean and tidy, there is air conditioning, kettle, mugs and water. The polite and helpful staff helped to call a taxi to the airport, and as it turned out, they can make sandwiches with them on the road if you fly before breakfast, you just need to ask.

I join all the positive reviews - the hotel is wonderful, I came to it on the recommendation of a friend, now I can safely recommend myself. Nice, cozy, very clean, the location is perfect, the staff - from the porter to the waiters in the restaurant (20% discount for hotel guests, if anything) - is welcoming and friendly without intrusiveness. The views from the top floor, where breakfast is served, are incredible. Muezzins can be heard, but even with the windows open (+25 degrees in October!) and early in the morning it does not make you nervous, but adds color. I will be happy to come again.

The super location is right next to the columns of Constantine. Breakfast view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Nice staff. Clean rooms, impeccable linen. Everything works, the water pressure is good. The breakfast is quite modest. There is no bathrobe, ironing accessories and various one-piece sets in the room. In the bathroom there are small tubes of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, soap. In general, a decent Euro-building (not a four) in the very tour.city center.

One person can discredit and devalue the work of a large team!
Today, when leaving the hotel, we packed up all our things in the morning , left them in the room and went to breakfast , before that I counted the money in my purse ... went to breakfast , returned for things , got into a taxi and left for the airport , and then I find THAT 600 lira WAS PULLED OUT OF THE BAG!! I'm sure it happened at the hotel, while we were at breakfast , there are no other options ! There is definitely a THIEF among the staff of the hotel!
The hotel itself is very pleasant, everything is so nice, clean, the location is great!
But this petty theft ruined the impression!
By the way, the safe in the room does not work, they said it was broken)))
And I also remembered that one day we went into the room after breakfast, and then a man from the staff abruptly enters it without knocking, saw us , sori sori and left quickly ! It seems like I came in by mistake !!! Draw conclusions

Hello.I do not recommend Alzer hotel for accommodation.We stayed there in the period 09/5/2024-09/10/2024.The room is shabby, the wall sconces are broken, the TV does not work.during the entire period of stay, no action was taken to eliminate the breakdown, although the receptionist answered every day when they would fix it - today.In general, there is a feeling of shabbiness everywhere in this hotel.The money paid for it is definitely not worth it.And four stars is not about him.

Excellent location in the center of the old city, 100-150 m from the main mosque, excellent buffet breakfasts are delicious, cleaning every day, the view from the window is wonderful on the Bosphorus and Sultanahmet, wonderful responsive staff, my room is for one / very convenient, minus the lack of normal Russian programs (there were TNT and something like this), wifi is normal, the room was very clean

A wonderful hotel. The view from the windows is fantastic. At night, looking at the Blue Mosque, seagulls circle like angels. The service is excellent. Breakfast is my favorite, it's an omelet. I came home, I haven't been able to produce anything like this for the third month. At least go get a PRESCRIPTION! There are a lot of attractions nearby within walking distance. The kitchen in the hotel is out of competition! If I'm only alive, I'll visit a wonderful hotel, I'll treat you at Alzer's. We are very glad that we were lucky to stay with you!
