Our favorite cafe for 8 years.
Portions have certainly decreased since 2016, but the quality of the dishes is also on top.
The crispy eggplant salad is just a bomb.
The waitress girls, without exception, are well done, they will tell you everything and prompt you. We were glad to see our beloved Nino again, it's a pity we crossed paths with her only once this season.
The hall is always full, in the evenings there is even a queue of people who want to have dinner. I think this is an indicator.
But I want to add a small "fly in the ointment", the chairs are really not very comfortable, I would like to change them.
Otherwise, everything is 10+

The service is excellent, friendly girls, understanding. We were with a small child, they told us where the playground was to play while we were waiting for the order.
They cook fast, tasty, and a lot.
There is borscht, pizza, fish, and various salads. Food for every taste, national dishes. Juices, local soda, bottled beer and other alcohol.

August 2024. We visited many different cafes in Ldzaa and Pitsunda and even in Gagra. I can say with confidence that this is a very decent cafe. Delicious dishes, excellent staff. The prices are not high. For us, Scarlet Sails remains the best cafe in Pitsunda and the surrounding area. The cafe deserves the highest rating. Special thanks to Nino and Marianne for their care and wonderful attitude. And the other girls are very nice too. We will always remember this cafe with love and will definitely return here.

We had a rest in LDZAA in July/August 2023. Of course, on vacation I want to go to a cafe / restaurant. During our vacation, the lights were turned off in the village, the cafe also suffered from this : (( but we always tried to feed the dishes that we could cook without light.

We haven't set off once in a month. The children also tried the local cuisine: boats, eggplants, goulash - they liked everything. The cafe is small, and sometimes they were waiting for a place.

We had dinner and breakfast in this cafe a couple of times from October 6 to 11, we were very satisfied :) We took roast meat, a boat, mashed potatoes with chicken chop, pancakes and oatmeal. Everything is very tasty) I liked the boat top more than in the cafe in Pitsunda. Unfortunately, it was not possible to have dinner here every evening, because there are simply no empty seats here at about 19 o'clock))) Which once again confirms the good level of the institution) A pleasant woman works in the hall and pleasant music sounds – the best rock ballads in the style of Eldorado)) And the musical accompaniment is extremely important for us)) I also want to note that this is one of the few cafes that has its own toilet. In Abkhazia, this is not very good) And this is an important aspect and a significant plus to comfort.

We had a rest in Abkhazia at the beginning of June this year. We found this cafe on the way to the beach. The food is very tasty, the prices are reasonable, the waiters are polite. We returned late from an excursion once, and, surprisingly, we were well served after 22h. There was no light in the village that evening, but despite this, the cafe was open. The best impressions! I recommend everyone to visit the Scarlet Sails cafe!

But the maintenance is kind of absurd. We can't choose a table from the entrance, they send us all in one direction because they clean the left one, and then the right one, and there is also a scolding between the waiters who will clean at all. The waiter took the order flying in the clouds, forgot about the drinks altogether, ran away in the middle of the order, then came back. After serving the dishes, the flies flew over the food, climbed into the food, as if they had come to a museum of flies. We urgently need to stretch the ribbons! It was terrible to be in this environment, the food was covered with napkins so that they would not sit on it. During the meal, the waiters wash the floors with the words: "lift the legs" and you lift the legs with a piece of meat in your mouth! Or they sit in front of you waiting for other guests and look into your mouth like a girlfriend who has been deprived of a dish, it's unpleasant. The service leaves much to be desired, the feeling that you came to visit your grandmother to eat, and she kept rushing from side to side, but the food is wonderful. I would put 5 for food, 1 for service.

We had a vacation in Abkhazia in August 2024.
When we arrived in Ldzaa, we decided to try different cafes on the coast.
We discovered the "Scarlet Sails" 3 days before we left for home.
We were vacationing with the child, so it was very important for us to have a delicious and high-quality meal.
The scarlet sails are
1. Delicious and homemade
2. Non-biting prices
3. Customer-oriented employees (these are the only smiling waiters on the whole coast)
4. A varied selection of dishes
There is always a full boarding at lunchtime (we have reserved a table).

We didn't like the fact that mayonnaise somehow turned out to be in the sour cream and greens sauce instead of sour cream (as stated in the menu). What to expect from the composition of other dishes? But, unfortunately, the rest of the dishes did not please: the roast was tasteless, the steak was hard, dry, the hodgepodge was greasy, over-salted, with old terribly tough meat.
Trout with vegetables is just a divorce for money: you get a small unpeeled fish (200-300g.) + the same weight of onions + some vegetables, sauce - all this in foil = 2500r. and mediocre taste.
