We had a rest in September, stayed with Alvina for 11 days, liked everything very much...
Delicious food, the hostess cooks very well, is very hospitable, sociable, helps with excursions, tips on where to go,clean rooms with amenities. We were greeted well at night and immediately fed and settled. We had a rest with the whole family and everyone really liked it !!!
I recommend it !!!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the hostess is kind and helpful. Everything is clean and beautiful, I really liked it, I recommend you to visit.
The location is more or less good, a little far from the sea, but it's not scary.

I've been staying with Alvina for many years. They are always very warmly received . The house is clean and cozy, the room has everything for comfort (refrigerator , TV , air conditioning) even in economy . There is a swimming pool and a trampoline in the courtyard for children. The guests will be satisfied, 10-12 minutes from the sea.

I liked everything very much. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price of the tour. There is a lot of food and it is varied. The rooms are tiled. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi .There is a kettle on the floor.There are two canteens, stalls, and a store nearby. The sea is 10 minutes away. If possible, we will come again.

I liked the house. Everything is there, the hosts are friendly.
Of the advantages: close to the border, there is a Russian connection; 10 minutes to the sea. (with a child- 20 min.); shops on the road (with Moscow prices) ; homemade food; air conditioning; Wi-Fi; there is a transfer across the border (paid).
Of the minuses: one washing machine on three floors; mattresses with springs in the back hurt; the lights are often turned off in the village; the sea is colder than in the center; and so, in small things: the shower head pours in different directions, the toilet is wobbly, some light bulbs are not lit, the air conditioner is naughty, sometimes there is no hot water after the sea but it's all bearable, because it's not long. Another interesting international on clothes dryers is the quest, find your own
As it is, everything is good and kind.

A very good guest house for families with children with very affordable prices. Large number of rooms, spacious rooms with amenities for different tastes. There is a shared kitchen with dishes, a barbecue, a sick dining area with drinks under the counter. A dining room was added in July. There is a small self-leveling pool in the courtyard, a trampoline, and a playground on the roof. The sea is not far away, so all these simplified children's entertainment can be omitted. The same applies to the dining room, because there are many alternatives around with a slightly different menu and somewhere a larger portion size

Do not rent a room on the top floor , the ceiling is stretched and rats live there , she burned out every night and woke us all up .

A hotel at a reasonable price. Spacious, clean rooms with tables by the room and one kettle on the floor. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. An iron and ironing board are available. There is a shared kitchen, but with one stove for about thirty rooms. There are enough dishes. There is a dining room with homemade food at good prices, as well as refrigerators with soft drinks. We recommend that the hostess make use of the washing machine for a fee, since the drum turns without stopping. The sea is about fifteen minutes away.

Everything is as usual, there are so many people and opinions, we are taking money there and we want to relax comfortably!
+ cockroaches, scorpions and generally any liveliness have never met, except for mosquitoes, there are no mosquitoes on the windows, I did not notice and on the first night they just devoured hungry herds, the hostess advised me to buy a spiral, which they did, I no longer opened the windows, turned on the air conditioner
+ the kitchen is ready to cook, there were no queues, but they rarely cooked
+ washing machine at any time, just wait until it's free, don't wait long
+wine, compote in the refrigerator of the owners👍
-on the day of arrival at the station we were not met, although I wrote the time of arrival, well, okay, 150 re per person mikrik to get to the border, they met us there, promised to return, but also did not take us away, I told the taxi to call, but the number was unavailable I had to walk with suitcases to the border😂
When I was there, two groups of people swore with the hostess that they had booked in advance, and the room was occupied.
- the room itself is on 4! the person is very small, a cubicle, not to turn around, but with amenities, toilet, shower, refrigerator (dripped for 2 days); wi-Fi in the rooms does not catch in general, only downstairs it is better where the dining room is; cable is lagging, you will not look at anything normally
- it's a long way to the sea, so 15-20 minutes at a calm pace, it's decent to stomp
- towels, t/w we were never given, but that's nonsense, everything was with us
- Beds! It's something hard, it's impossible to sleep, my back ached every day, and both children and adults
-a strange smell in the room, not to say that it's fu, but it's unpleasant
- a trampoline for children, a pool (I didn't let my own in, other children flopped)
- the price tag is average, I wouldn't stop there a second time.
Tsandripsh himself is mud everywhere, the coast is sooo dirty, there is a lot of garbage on the streets, huge mud spots drift in the sea, but this was all along the coast in 22
People are different, mostly friendly, the hostess had no time for everything, a crowd of people who need to be fed, we did not eat there, we wanted a variety, the dining room is a 5-minute walk towards the beach.👍
I was already in tsandripsha 10 years ago, it was cleaner, there are no changes for the better, not a foot there anymore! 0 % of the service
Gagra or new Athos is cleaner there and at least there is entertainment, you can go once.

We took a ticket to this guest house for 9 days with FB. So in order:
1. Upon arrival, we were not settled, due to the fact that it had been raining before and the entire third floor was flooded. They were moved to another hotel for two days, but where only breakfast was included, no one returned the difference in money.☹️
2. On the day of moving back to this hotel, we also got through to the hostess with problems, sat for an hour and a half and waited to be picked up or not.☹️
3.The room on the ground floor (with a private bathroom) is very small, but everything was clean, cleaned, I did not see any cockroaches, as they wrote earlier. 😊Bed linen was received only in the evening after check-in. Towels and toilet paper only for the next day. We had to ask for everything ourselves.4
4. There are clothes dryers in sufficient quantity on the territory, there was enough space for everyone😊
5. There is a shared kitchen with dishes, a stove and a washing machine that you can use (on vacation, people cooked and washed without stopping)
6. There is an ironing board with an iron, which is a plus. 😊
7. There is a trampoline for children and a playground on the roof (but it's all wobbly).😊
On nutrition, I want to say separately:
1) The hostess is well done, she always met me halfway, if something ended, she could even cook extra again😊
2. The menu is quite varied: breakfast (omelet with sausage, 2 types of porridge, pancakes with meat, cottage cheese, cheesecakes). For lunch there are always 2 types of soup: borscht, noodles, 3 types of side dish: buckwheat, pasta, mashed potatoes, for hot: sausages, chicken chop, cutlets. For dinner: also side dishes plus fried vegetables, French meat, chicken, salads) everything is delicious and well cooked😊
3. The disadvantage is that it takes a very long time to wait for this. There is a large flow of people, but there is no staff as such. ☹️
In summary, I will say that the owners are trying, trying to help, but due to the lack of staff, quality is lost.
Tsandripsh itself is a hellish place where there is simply nowhere to walk, there are no normal sidewalks, no entertainment, nothing for children, only cows. For a relative civilization, you need to go to Gagra. Of the advantages, only the sea.

I do not recommend this guest house! In February, we booked two rooms for the beginning of July, with an advance payment for two days, before arrival we contacted the hostess of the house, whether everything was in force, to which we were answered - we are waiting. As a result, it turned out that we were settled in another guest house for these two days, and those rooms were rented to a travel agency. I had to look for another place, the start of the vacation was ruined.
