It's a cool neighborhood. Good layouts. Large kitchens are laid out initially. You won't have to huddle like in Soviet Khrushchevks. The strength of the structure is admirable, very strong concrete and a lot of reinforcement in the load-bearing walls.It's nice to see how GOST standards change from Soviet to save for people and life.

Not so far from the center, a cozy neighborhood. A big plus is the public transport stop just a few steps away.

The quality of construction is terrible, constant problems with light and hot water, the design that is shown at the sale does not correspond to what you will get in the end, the developer uses the cheapest materials, I do not recommend buying.
