The most important thing is to hire new app developers! It's not serious when your employees can't complete the steps on the questionnaire, restarting the process for hours, dancing with the light under the lamp, covering the glare with pieces of paper, and so on. And that's still a mistake.
This is not respectable for a bank, as all your competitors have stable applications. Just do as they do and that's it.
