We served them efficiently and quickly. It was lucky that all the necessary spare parts were in the store, candles were replaced along the way, and some other small things. They gave recommendations on the engine, shared good advice. In general, I liked their attitude towards customers, they are polite, they explain it in an accessible way.
Separately, I want to note that the managers responsible for pre-registration to the specialists are very honest guys, strictly follow the order without missing the "thieves" and "coolies". While they were sitting in the waiting room, they unwittingly witnessed such a case, as a cool one arrived at the point, and immediately wanted to be served, but the guys steadfastly defended the order, did not even succumb to the call "from above".
