Pros: the location is located in the historical center, within walking distance from the Galata bridge and the metro nearby. As a plus, I would note that it is essentially on the market, as soon as you leave, you can immediately buy freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, simits and other delights, there are various cafes nearby where you can eat.
You can easily arrange with the administrators for a different check-in and check-out time.
Cons: the rooms are really very dirty, it smells damp and cold (they were heated by air conditioners in winter).
If you come for a walk from morning to night, and not to stay at the hotel and you only need a place to spend the night (we did not go to the included breakfasts, we only needed a bed and a shower), then for its price tag it is a good option. Don't get bedbugs, the beds were fine)

Everything is very dirty, absolutely everything!! We stopped in a dirty room, went to buy rags and bleach and washed the bathroom. The location is good. Comfortable beds, the price is not high, but there should be a general cleaning. The curtain rod is hanging on the nozzle and is about to fall off. The windows have never been washed since they were built! There are so many dirty and old dishes at breakfast that it's scary. And the rag they use to wash it is simply more beautiful. Keep in mind that the minaret is right at the window level of the 2nd floor, so you will be woken up)) 100%. In general, have a good rest and reasonable money))))

You can't call a hotel that, because a barn can't be called a hotel, it's about like some kind of Shanghai whip nook without maintenance. It's just a tin in all parameters of living conditions. By all criteria, it is still under construction and has not been put into operation, apparently not for tourists, but at most for homeless people for one night.
The construction cement has not yet been washed on the tile. The rooms are very dirty, the walls are dirty in some spots. Does not match the photos. There is no wallpaper, just painted walls. The split system is not working. And it's still cold in March, we warmed ourselves. Of the 9 light bulbs in the room, only 1 was on.
The hot water ends on the first person. The shower head is broken and splashing in all directions. They do not respond to all comments in any way. There are only 2 people working in the so-called hotel.
The administrator, he is also a security guard. He probably lives there. And the boy is also a cook and a maid.
We were lucky the bed was fresh and clean. For 3 people, only 1 towel was given.
Breakfast is the same every day: olives, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, local cheese, so-called sausage, boiled eggs, if you have time for them. Bread, margarine, jam (strawberry and cherry), honey, tea.
The key is given only in one copy.
