There is a very large selection of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware, I was pleased with the availability of samples of not the most popular sizes, for example 3000x1500 mm, when you do not encounter similar tile sizes in person, it is difficult to understand how beautiful it is. I was pleasantly surprised by the polite and professional consultants who realized on the fly what we needed and helped us choose the tiles according to our wishes.

Well, what can I say, physically, the selection and the work of the staff itself is good, but I appreciate the full cycle, the delivery was,the tile was damaged during delivery - they offered to pick up 1 piece of 90x90 on their own, they refused for free.
After laying, there are 4 pieces left (which is almost 4m2) and the price is 450 rubles. When asked that, in my understanding, the calculation is not correct and I want to return the leftovers, they say that someone needs to do this within 14 days. But with this approach, I need to walk around with a roulette wheel on my own and count everything and rely only on myself, which is not very correct. Once I bought cheap tiles in keramin and there were no questions about the return!

They may be able to communicate with customers, but the quality of the tiles leaves much to be desired, there were three exchanges of one unfortunate tile, she always came with chips, the last time it was also, but she was already tired of dealing with them, they took one away, we will hide the chip somewhere. In the previous exchange, they generally said that it was a minor damage and that our tiler simply does not know how to work with it. After such words, I really offered to return everything, to which of course they said, "we are not against the exchange, we just explain to you that this is a minor damage." The photo below shows. And we needed the perfect tile. But you won't find it in Altagamma. I definitely don't recommend it!
