This attracts wealthy clients, lovers of marble and granite. An excellent selection of tiles and an emphasis on the individuality of the assortment. There's a lot of choice, but....consultants are absolutely not directed towards clients. When asked about the delivery and cost, the answer was "oh, it takes a long time to manually enter and count...well, somewhere from so many rubles in the area. " When asked what their territorial status is, the answer was "look at the map." Are you serious? Then why do you work there if you don 't know or don't want to answer ?

It feels like people with 5 stars applied to another company)) My experience is very sad. The tile is curved, both in geometry and thickness. I ordered a shelf, they promised 2 months for delivery. As a result, they hardly brought it in half a year and are obliged to pick it up at their own expense in Radoshkovichi or somewhere else. Do not waste your energy, there are many shops in the city working with the same manufacturers and monitoring the quality and service.

One star to the driver who helped arrange the delivery. There is a choice of tiles, but the logistics are just as bad as possible, the staff who do not go to meet their customers, from the word at all. The main thing is that they wrote out a check, and you can take your tile as you want.

Two stars for the fact that a good and high-quality range of goods is presented, but in 2022 it will not work with delivery across the country....It's just a level 80 marketing ploy. When other stores have their pick-up points in full swing, or send their goods by courier services, Belpost and Euromail, you do not have such opportunities. Therefore, you may have a good store and a beautiful salon, but for me, as a resident of the periphery, this is zero sense, so although I wanted to buy goods from you, I will eventually buy elsewhere.

We have been clients of the Salon for 10 years, the quality of service, the range and assortment of products are only growing and pleasing! The prices are reasonable, discounts and Promotions in November 2020 were pleasantly surprised! always attentive, in touch, responsible, everything is on time!
