We were very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff towards the customers. We booked a suite room with my husband for the anniversary, however, upon checking in, we discovered that the hot water switch was broken in the bathroom (there was no wintel). The receptionist said that the master was not in place and it was not clear when he would be able to come to solve the problem. When asked if it was possible for us to change the room, we were told that there was only a larger room and in order to enter it we had to pay extra (which did not suit us, because we had already paid 500 € for accommodation for 3 nights). When asked what to do, the receptionist just spread her hands and said to wait for the plumber. We waited for about an hour and eventually the waiter came, who partially fixed the problem, saying that he could not guarantee that the switch would work properly. Perhaps we would have turned a blind eye to this shortcoming, but being 8 months pregnant, we still wanted comfort (even for such money). We asked for a refund and cancellation of the reservation, to which we were told that this was not possible. In addition, the staff began to be rude to us, the administrator refused to give her name and contact the manager. Our mood was completely ruined and we didn't want to be in this place for a minute longer. We have never seen such an attitude towards clients before. As a result, we had a great time at the Best Western, where we were given a free upgrade and served a plate of fruit (a small thing, but nice).
Definitely not worth staying at this hotel, the rooms are quite old, there is no parking and phones in the rooms. Well, the staff is not trained to communicate with customers at all.

We were very pleased with this hotel, it is not big at all and very cozy. The view from the family room is just beautiful - mountains, horses that graze freely in the meadow. The staff is very hospitable, the breakfast is delicious - it is prepared for you. After the eviction, we spent the whole day in the neighborhood - we didn't want to leave. There is a horse ranch nearby - you can go on a tour and just walk around the neighborhood - I recommend it.

I was vacationing with my family at this hotel . Beautiful well-groomed nature , delicious food in the restaurant , helpful staff. I really liked the bartender Arthur, a professional in his field!!! I will definitely come back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel is located in a very picturesque location. Excellent staff, friendly service.
There are questions about the room - very strong audibility, the bed creaks and is quite narrow, the two of us are not very comfortable.
The prices in the restaurant are above average.

In August 2024, we visited the restaurant at the Alpine Castle Hotel.
I do not understand the enthusiastic reviews about the service in this institution: you will not call the waiter, they serve very slowly, the waiter communicates with real rudeness. We were in the evening and it was cool enough, when asked to turn on the heating lamps at the gazebo, the answer was that they did not work, they were for beauty.
The fascinating nature, clean air and silence after the hustle and bustle of Yerevan are certainly amazing, but terrible service, rudeness spoil the whole picture!

Complete disappointment (((
I was with the guests, I told them all the way to what a beautiful place I was taking them to, but in the end we were not received well and even the manager did not come out to us. The restaurant is not customer-oriented and this will lead to a complete collapse of the business !!((
