Total idea is good, and there should be a high level restaurant but… in restaurant Atmosphere the prices only were related to that. Kitchen wasn’t so good ( we didn’t try dessert), service was totally crashed: starter has been forgotten, instead of duck came beef, asked to change the garnish, received two of them 🤦♂️
Related to view, in evening it is totally dark outside, I think we should be there during the day
Two stars are for the general concept only, still a lot of work to be done

Which is interesting. See the surroundings, especially in the evening with lights. Cafe-restaurant with prices, just like everywhere else. The price of the lift is 20 lari per person. The staff is hard to find, we waited at the table for 15 minutes. If you don't live in hotels on 40+ floors, then it's worth a visit.

The tower looks futuristic from the outside, it's beautiful at night with lighting! There is a cozy cafe upstairs where you can see the city and the sea, take beautiful photos and drink coffee, which we did) I recommend you to watch!👍
