Pros: partially beautiful territory with coniferous trees.
Cons:
1. It is difficult to find and difficult to leave. A Yandex taxi driver.I searched for a hotel for a long time, partly because the gates were closed and they wouldn't let us in. After 20 minutes and 3 calls at the reception, we finally stopped by.
2. The reception is located at the height of the second floor, we were with suitcases and had to lift them ourselves.
3. The suite was given to us on the floor above and we had to lift our suitcases further up the unlit stairs. The corridors are also without lights. The switches are at the end of the corridor where else you need to go.
4. In the suite, booked for 3 people, there was 1 bed with a mattress from which wires were sticking out and 1 hanger on the wardrobe. I didn't have the strength to go to another hotel after a 7-hour flight at 4 a.m. We stayed in this.
5. The next day we almost missed our plane, as you need to leave the hotel for the airport in 6 hours or more! Despite the fact that I clarified at the time of booking whether there are traffic jams when leaving on the way to the airport.
6. Breakfast on coupons. Despite the fact that the room was paid for 3 people, there were only 2 coupons. Included: fried eggs, bread, sausages, porridge, yogurt and tea.
That's how the adventure ended in the style of "I'll book a non-trivial hotel for flights with transfers."

Absolutely amazing place :)
A piece of tranquility and nature in a big city.
I was vacationing with a couple, we liked everything, except perhaps the restaurant on site. In essence, it is a Soviet dining room, and the prices are like in a very decent place.
I definitely recommend the hotel to visit

Nice hotel. The repair inside the room is not bad, in the bathroom it is worse. A very quiet place. Public transport is 10 minutes away, and it is faster to get to the center by bus during rush hours than by car. Appeals are not ignored, problems are solved.
