I was currently traveling on route 79, bus number 2664. The driver first watched the video on his smartphone, then constantly talked loudly on the phone to the entire cabin. The cabin is stuffy! The driver has never used the turn lever, as if it does not exist at all or he has no idea about it. Who do you trust with passenger transportation?

Good afternoon! It's the same story with route 103 and 119. Bus stop "School 191 district Sanatorium of Almaty". 2 buses of route 103 pass by, while geolocation is working normally. What is this? Working hours. Why don't buses stop at the bus stop, or is this the norm? Figure it out, please!
