The air conditioner works extremely poorly, in many places it is not even possible to direct the air flow in your direction.
The toilets are very ordinary, small. There is everything you need - toilet paper, paper towels, soap, running water.

We flew in December from St. Petersburg to Hurghada and back. Cattle truck, there is no other word. The seats do not recline, everything is broken, the food is an inedible sandwich, there is no legroom at all (photo attached, my height is 162 cm). I fly a lot, it's a level below the Asian state employee. It's just a regional minibus. I'm not going to fly anymore, and I'm trying to talk my tourists out of it.

We flew from Perm to Sharm al-Sheikh in June 2024. The plane was delayed for 12 hours, and with difficulty and scandal they asked for water. Meals were not provided. The attitude towards passengers is simply indifferent. Never fly with this airline, I do not recommend it.

There was a flight delay of 2 hours on the way back. Takeoffs and landings are mild, there was no turbulence. The allowed baggage is 10 kg per person and 5 hand luggage, of course we crammed in, but I would like to collect more souvenirs. But 3 stars for the constant delays, people are late for transport on which they need to get further home.

But in Moscow, I, who flew a lot of times and my daughter, who flew the second time, grabbed my ears, my daughter screamed that her ears hurt, and screamed so much that I was scared. At the same time, other children were screaming. I prayed to sit down faster. It was declining very sharply. I do not advise you to fly with this airline. Think before you fly with the kids!
Flights of this campaign are always delayed! The seats in the cabin were pushed as close as possible! The table is resting on my stomach! The staff speaks English specifically.
