We flew from Sharm el Sheikh to Moscow. I liked everything! Departure is exactly on schedule. The plane is new, clean and comfortable. The stewards are handsome, pleasant and courteous. They take order and security very seriously. Easy takeoff and landing, everyone applauded!) They were given a sausage roll, bottled water, juice boxes to choose from, and tea.

We flew from Kazan to Hurghada and back. The plane was not new, but it was comfortable enough to fly. However, the service left much to be desired: the stewards were not particularly friendly and not very responsive. I wasn't impressed with the food either — juice, water, tea, coffee and sandwiches (a sweet bun with either sausage or cheese) were offered, but the food seemed tasteless to me. The toilets are dirty. There were no problems with the luggage, my suitcase arrived unharmed. But registration in Hurghada was a real challenge: the process took a long time. Passengers boarded rather chaotically, although they tried to put parents and children together. People had to pay extra for overweight luggage, but I do not know the exact amount.

Details in October 2024. Delays in both directions. Large. We knew in advance, because we watched the online scoreboard. However, we sat at the airport for a long time anyway.
The plane is clean. The stewards are Arabs. Smile and you'll get more of what you want. Juice is water. Coffee.. They don't speak Russian. I don't speak much English either. But we don't do that much either.
It was enough for communication. Tea is not in negotiations.
What pleased me was that they took off and landed smoothly. They were delivered alive and well . My husband read a lot of bad reviews. Already at the beginning of the journey, I began to have brains. And then we found out about baggage transportation from other companies. And we realized that everything is the same. Where there are charters and economy planes. If there is a chocolate bar, forgive us for overloading one and a half kg. Mangoes were not counted. They put on their outer clothes. In total, 4 people squeezed into the frame. With difficulty, of course.
So if your tour operator says that you are flying with Arabs, do not worry. They fly well. Everything will be fine. And.... Easy landing for you.
