Alma TV is a very ambiguous operator. I suspended TV and Internet services for the summer - the "Summer Cottage season" is valid from May to October 31. I called the operators repeatedly, I wanted to turn off the service completely, I constantly received an answer that to turn it off, you definitely need to come to the office and write a statement. I went as a result, and they tell me on Aitieva 23, why you came, they say, you are so disconnected, if you have not connected the service for more than 2 months after suspension, the shutdown is automatic. And why the hell are you misinforming customers???

I don't know who has it, but their internet service in my area is disgusting. In 2020, in July there was an accident lasting 2 weeks, then in August, already lasting 3 weeks. And at that time it was impossible to use it normally. There is no speed greater than 100mb. We switched to Kazakhtelecom. There was a problem with them, they returned to Alma TV for a month, and those Internet is turned off once a day at 10 pm for 10-15 minutes, and then it was turned off altogether, but by that time the problems with Kazakhtelecom had been solved and I am happy to use the Internet provided by Kazakhtelecom. And the speed is higher, and there are fewer problems
