We had a vacation with my husband and children (3 and 8 years old) in February at the Rotana Resort 5* hotel in the UAE. We had a great rest, the hotel is very nice - a large and beautiful territory, everything is clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, the children had plenty to choose from, and my husband really liked the Indian cuisine. The beach is big and beautiful, the spa, the heated pools, everything is just super❤️ we will definitely come back again)

It's a pity I didn't remember the employee's name, but it wasn't the employee's interest in choosing a tour that discouraged any desire to ever contact this agency. When selecting the tour, they did not even specify the wishes for hotels, meals, rooms, budget, it was clear that the employee was not interested in the selection and customer service.

I really want to leave a review. For 3-4 years in a row we have been traveling with the help of olturs and specifically our tour expert Elena Zhorova. Every trip is very comfortable. Elena stays in touch with us non-stop before, during and after the tour! Difficult issues were solved EVEN at night! Elena is always trying to decorate our vacation! Either he will give some kind of compliment to the room, then some kind of bonus. The comfort that Elena and I got, we have been looking for a very long time. Thank you very much, Elena! It was the first time we collaborated with Alltour. And they didn't regret it at all. The tour was organized to Turkey in July-August 2021. Manager Anna Klimovich listened attentively to all our wishes and requirements. I took a very responsible approach to the search for hotels and the selection of transfers. I contacted the representatives of the hotel regarding hotel accommodation. She was always in touch and ready to answer all our questions. Even while on vacation, I asked if everything was fine with us. The selected hotels fully corresponded to our wishes. Only bright emotions and memories, positive impressions remained from the rest with the Alltour company! This is not the first time I have traveled with Alltour, and every time I get only positive impressions from cooperation and recreation. I did not look for another seller this time either, I turned to the already verified manager Ekaterina Kostyuchuk. I was carefully listened to, exactly what expectations I have from the planned vacation as a whole and what nuances it is important to consider when choosing a hotel. The proposed options were one better than the other, my child and I just had the agony of choice :) We purchased the tour, received detailed instructions, and received prompt and reliable answers to all our questions. The selected hotel fully corresponded to our wishes, and only positive impressions remained from the rest. The manager was always in touch, asking if everything was fine with us. It's nice when they don't forget about you after 100% payment and departure to the resort :) Personally, I recommend cooperating with Alltour to all my friends.

Negative: Quality, Professionalism, Punctuality
Disgusting service. Manager Ekaterina Kostyuchuk immediately said "who were you talking to on the phone and go there!". When you ask for an explanation of the contract, "who drafted it and will answer you." And I have arranged everything in advance with their agent in Viber and it doesn't matter to me who is responsible for what.
Due to the fact that there was a mistake in the contract, I had to wait for the director/manager in order to re-sign the document. He got a call, said he would be there in 10 minutes, arrived in 20. All this time, Ekaterina did not pay attention to the client, ignored the questions and then asked to move away from her desk so as not to take up space.
You can 't think of a worse one ! I do not recommend it! If possible, choose another agency!

Alltour has long forgotten that the travel agency is not only an intermediary between the client and the tour operator, but also itself is responsible for the safety of the client's money, who entrusted them to him, for obtaining reliable information about the terms and amounts. But, no, it's not us! We will save your money in foreign currency for the next tour, oh, no, the tour operator asks you to pay 110 euros extra for the tour over the cost, and a week later also for the fuel fee. And a cheaper hotel, I don't want to offer you, you'd better pay extra 2 times. And I'm too lazy to make a selection of tours, but I'll answer your question how much the hotel I like costs in a week. Or maybe I won't answer, because my vacation has already begun, and I don't care about yours. Although I will answer on Monday. At Alltour, you will often be told on Monday, tomorrow, in the evening, in half an hour. - What, should I send an additional agreement? I'm on sick leave, write to the director." This is how customers who buy tours for 5,000 euros are answered. Do you want it cheaper? Then it's not here, my experience cost me hundreds of euros lost and a trail of bewilderment that things are still being done this way.

I thank Anna Klimovich from the All Tour travel agency for organizing our vacation for the fourth summer. We had a rest in August/September 2021 at the Club Mega Saray Hotel, Belek, Turkey. Anna was entrusted with the choice of the hotel, they were not disappointed.
The hotel has delicious cuisine, interesting and interactive shows for children.
Kids club seems to work limited hours due to the pandemic, they did not use it, but since the sea is super warm at this time, this was the main entertainment. There is a free water park at the hotel, as well as a water park for kids. An adult from 120cm tall, water is constantly pouring in the kindergarten - probably so that the children do not overheat, but a 5-year-old child was afraid of such rain and did not go on the slides.
It can be seen that the hotel is full, but there are no queues in restaurants and there are no problems finding a place on the beach on the 3-4 line at any time. We even found a kids restaurant at the main restaurant - a distribution at the level of child growth, very cool. We went to the amusement park - the children are happy.
Near the hotel on the beach there are marine activities - aquabike, parasailing, etc., we rode, flew, it is expensive, as everywhere else, you can bargain a little.
The evening animation for adults was also very good, unlike the neighboring hotel (Adora), where karaoke was played all the way to Vladimir central until nightfall, it was audible in our building, not particularly annoying, but surprising.
The host travel agency in Turkey - Fit holidays - mixed impressions. Upon arrival, they tried to replace the voucher with some kind of their own, the guide at the hotel was adequate, but on an excursion to the theme park, the guide was absolutely stupid; on the way to the airport, the guides took them to the candy store, whether you want it or not, they did not ask, however, the tourists did not even get off the bus.
In summary, we are very happy with the rest, thank you, Anna!
